Soton F Student Car

Southampton University Formula Student Team (“SUFST”) is a student-run organisation comprised of undergraduates across multiple disciplines, from all years of study.

The team design, build, test, and ultimately race an electric single-seater race car, competing internationally against other universities, primarily at our home circuit of Silverstone for Formula Student UK. This year, the team is developing its fourth electric vehicle, focusing on improving battery design, refining the carbon fibre monocoque, and creating a more efficient aerodynamics package.
