Belotti ARC | Automatic Riveting Cell
Belotti ARC – Automatic Riveting Cell, is a first-on-the-market integrated system, designed in partnership with Cosberg to automatically manage multiple types of Rivets and Time-Sert® with a single device. This new revolutionary robotic cell features an under-patent riveting head designed for the rapid, automated application of the entire range of Time-Sert® inserts and Rivets of different diameters on composite frames and components across multiple industries – including automotive and aerospace – a task traditionally performed manually by the operators. Many parts made of composite materials, including frames, monocoques, doors, roofs, and structural elements for the automotive sector, and wings and various aircraft components, are characterized by thin thicknesses that do not allow for sufficiently strong surfaces to insert fasteners necessary to ensure the assembly of various elements together. Belotti ARC enables a precise application of key elements, ensuring a one-of-a-kind fast, flexible, and under-controlled execution. Main Benefits This new technology represents a significant leap forward in optimizing composite material machining and assembly processes. Main benefits: - One Head, Multiple Inserts: Rivets and Time-Sert® inserts of different diameters are managed automatically by a single device. - Maximum Flexibility & Reachability: the anthropomorphic robot emulates the flexibility of the human wrist, enabling access to even the most challenging areas. - Easy & Intuitive Programming: ISO programming language for seamless operation. - Quality without Compromise: the advanced, fully electronic system enables precise control of all parameters. - Precision under Control: real-time process tracking and feedback for unmatched accuracy. - Redefining Productivity: faster, more flexible, and cost-effective fastening technology.

Belotti BEAD: the all-in-one gantry system for additive and subtractive manufacturing
BEAD is Belotti hybrid technology that integrates Large Scale Additive Manufacturing with the milling process in a single machining center. BEAD exploits the best of both worlds combining the speed and creative potential of 3D printing with the precision and reliability of a cnc center in a single system. Through the integration of a CEAD extruder for additive manufacturing (of variable dimensions and capacity) in a Belotti 5-axis CNC machining center, BEAD allows the production of parts that are sufficiently oversized to be finished to the required tolerances with times and raw materials consumption lower than traditional methods. The application potential of this solution is endless: the first sectors that are targeted are the aerospace, automotive and marine for which moulds, patterns, tools and final parts were produced. BEAD solution can be possible in different configurations with variable build volumes, extrusion outputs and printing orientations. BEAD finds application in the aerospace, automotive, marine and design industries, allowing for the production of moulds, plugs and autoclave toolings through the use of different materials, from commodity to high performance fiber reinforced polymers. The 3D printing process uses composite pellets made of a thermoplastic polymer matrix and different types of fibers as reinforcement, from glass to carbon and natural fibers. Polymers range from commodity (PP, PETG…) to high performance materials (PESU, PEEK…). Differently from thermosettings, thermoplastics could be recyclable and re-used, making the process even more sustainable and less environmentally impacting.

5 Axis machining center SKY Series
SKY represents the 5-axis CNC solutions with the highest accuracy for aluminum and composites moulds machining. The Series is born following Belotti's boost to innovation, with the ultimate goal of helping customers increasing their productivity. These 5-axis CNC solutions guarantee higher rigidity and accuracy on the tool bit, drastically reducing vibrations and obtaining high quality work surfaces in the milling phase. With screw handling and equipped with optical lines, SKY CNC centers are particularly suited to machine moulds and models of any shape and size. Available in different configurations, these centers represent the right answer to the most demanding automotive and aerospace industries, working composites and light alloy as aluminum in particular.

5 Axis machining center FLU Series
The Belotti FLU Series has a monolithic structure to reduce the vibrations and it is suitable for high speed milling of resin patterns and aluminum moulds. The special design of these 5 axis machining centres makes the accessibility to the total working area easier, with the possibility of loading both jigs and heavy parts by using over-head crane. Customer can choose among a wide range of options to create a configuration according to their real needs.

NESTING: the new solution to machine small and detailed pieces out of a single aluminum or technical plastic panel
Belotti NESTING is the news, smart and compact 3-axis cnc center to machine and nest even small and detailed pieces out of a single aluminum or technical plastic panel, up to 30 mm thick NESTING is an automated and extremely flexible technological solution. This Belotti CNC center always operates in accordance with high-quality standards and tight tolerance ranges, machining even small and very detailed finished parts out of blank aluminium sheets or other materials’ large plates. Thanks to several technical advantages, NESTING represents a reliable solution for different applications such as mechanical engineering, checking fixture, packaging, aerospace and automotive. Its ability to carry out unattended operations for the entire cycle time allows to reduce the operator cost significantly, increasing the overall efficiency. NESTING is the last born Series of Belotti 3-axis machining centres: with its monolithic structure, streamlined configuration possibilities and reduced consumption flanks the premium series NOVA. This Series shares the NOVA's large worktable (up to 4 x 2 m) and is best suited to machining pieces up to 30 mm thickness, always guaranteeing the accuracy and the efficiency (material, time and cost optimisation) of all Belotti solutions. The new NESTING Series together with the NOVA Series represent a further step towards the main company's goal: providing full solutions able to meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency while satisfying the many and varied needs emerging from different markets – specifically, the high-speed nesting of plastic panels as well as the production of multi-layered checking fixtures and other mechanical components from aluminium sheets.

Robotic Automation
Belotti Robotic Automation is the business unit that operates to simplify the production processes of companies and to increase their productivity by providing “turnkey” automated solutions. Choosing to entrust Belotti for the implementation of automation processes means benefit of the strategic and operational advantage of having one unique partner during all phases (design, production, implementation and maintenance of the solution). Belotti guarantees competence and timeliness of intervention both on the single CNC machining center and on the automation technologies that feed it upstream and / or downstream of processing. Since the development of the first pilot solutions for important customers in various application sectors (such as the first Belotti Integrale modular cell made for the assembly line of Automobili Lamborghini’s Super SUV Urus), we have continued to invest in research and innovation to enhance this business unit and offer solutions that meet specific logistical and production needs. From the analysis of the customer’s context and objectives to the design of more or less complex automation lines or cells, even with the integration of anthropomorphic robots, the Belotti Automation team works to offer customers significant competitive advantages: 1. Return on investment in the short term 2. Cost reduction 3. Increased productivity 4. High reliability 5. Greater safety 6. Spaces optimization
