Renewable Slip Fixed Drill Bushes
The removable fixed feature of the bush is normally used in high production work, where the bush can be easily and quickly replaced with a minimum loss of production. The removable slip feature of the bush is used when more than one operation is carried out; the bush is instantly removable after each operation.

Serrated Drill Bush - Location Bush for Composites
Serrated drill bushes are common place in glass fibre, composite or synthetic jigs and other castable applications. The serrations and grooved recess lock the bush in place and prevent axial movement. Unlike regular drill bushes. Serrated drill bushes can be used in conjunction with dowel pins or location pins.

Bullet Nose Dowel Pin
Bullet Nose Dowels (BND) with a Bullet Nose Liner (BNL) create a precision locating system. The Bullet Nose Dowel is easily located in the corresponding liner thanks to its ‘bullet nose’ profile. The pins head and body diameters are ground concentric to within 0.0005” TIR. Two work pieces in a jig can be precisely located using both the Bullet Nose Dowel and the mating Bullet Nose Liner.

T Shaped Alignment Pin
T-Pins are used to precisely align location devices in Jigs and Fixtures. They are precise (-0.0005) and quick to remove. The T shaped handle allows for greater grip and removal. Alignment pins can be used with a variety of BONEHAM bushes. Press Fit, Serrated or Slotted type bushes would complete and accurate alignment solution. The handle has a 1/8" cross drilled hole to connect the pin to the jig with an optional cable.

L Shaped Alignment Pin
L-Pins are used to align location devices in Jigs and Fixtures. They are precise (-0.0005) and quick to remove. The L shaped handle allows for greater grip and removal. The L shape is ideal when working space is restrictive. Alignment pins can be used with a variety of BONEHAM bushes. Press Fit, Serrated or Slotted type bushes would complete and accurate alignment solution. The handle has a 1/8" cross drilled hole to connect the pin to the jig with an optional cable.

Metric Press Fit Slotted Locator Bush
Boneham's 'SL Type' Slotted locator bushes are designed for use with BONEHAM's 'L-Pins' or 'T-Pins'. Used as a configuration with a standard Boneham concentric and high tolerance bush. Slotted locator bushes allow for relief in a lateral direction during alignment, whilst maintaining accurate tolerance in the other direction.

Bullet Nose Pins - Diamond Type in Metric
Diamond Bullet Nose Pins are also known as relieved pins. Bullet nose pins are used with a mating liner bush to create a precise alignment and locating system. Using diamond locating pins prevents binding of the work pieces. For simple installation, the OD of the pin body and the liner are the same, giving the option of one pass machining of both pates. The pins head and body are concentric to 0.0005 TIR.

Quick Removing T-Bar Location Pin in Metric and Imperial
Metric and Imperial T-Bar Location Pins. Also known as Jig Pins, are removable precision ground location and alignment pins. They are designed to accurately align holes in sectional jigs. The handle allows for a T or L configuration by tapping the pin with a hammer. The T or L pin feature and clearance shouldered body allow for quick removal of the pin. The groove in the body can accept a clip and cable (lanyard) attaching the pin to the jig to prevent dropping, damage or loss. Ideal for various applications where alignment or locating is required. When used with BONEHAM bushes, these location pins create an extremely accurate location system.

Plain Press Fit Drill Bushes
These drill bushes are normally used for jigs where an economically priced drill bush is required, or where less space is available on the jig plate. Headless press fit bushes are pressed into the plate to achieve a flush surface in conjunction with a simple drilling and reaming operation. Headless drill bushes have less resistance than the headed type when subjected to large axial loads. These bushes are denominated by the PP reference for metric drill bushes and P for the imperial bush.

Knurled Slotted Locator Bush
Boneham's 'KSL' Type Knurled Slotted Locator Bushes feature a diamond knurled OD for setting or casting into composites or soft materials. Like the press fit version, these locator bushes are used with BONEHAM's Alignment Pins. The slotted bush allows for relief in a lateral direction during alignment, whilst maintaining precise tight tolerances in the opposite direction. Used with BONEHAM bushes, slotted bushes create a highly accurate locating and alignment system. The Knurled Slotted Locator Bushes diamond knurled OD is designed to work seamlessly with composite materials. BONEHAM’s Serrated GS bushes and Alignment Pins create a highly accurate alignment system for mouldings. When ordering identify the slot width required for your corresponding pin diameter in the table

Pre-packed Shim Stock
Shim packs are boxed shim stock. The packs are available in standard widths and lengths of shim stock and in various shim materials listed. Shimpress is a Boneham Brand, with the company manufacturing shim to order for over 80 years. As well as custom cut shims. Shimpress supplies standard pre-packed shim packs off the shelf. All packs contain a material certificate
Handle Bushes for flexible working
Handle drill bushes from BONEHAM are designed to access hard to reach areas in a jig, where a hole cutting operation is required, but a fixed permanent solution isn't feasible. Handle bushes are also ideal for applications where multi sized drilling is required, for example pilots and reaming. Bushes can be interchanged with the same OD. Handles are kept in stock and part marked to requirement. The handles are manufactured from lightweight aluminium. Part of the BONEHAM aerospace range.

Cup Drill Bush Stands
Also known as 'Egg Cup' Drill Bush Stands. These drill bush fixtures allow for perfect right angle drilling of a work piece. Machined from one piece aluminium, Drill Bush stands are light and ergonomic. BONEHAM Drill Stands use the same drill bushes and lock screws as BONEHAM handle bushes, with traditional US and UK standard drill bushes, allowing for versatility, cost saving and reduced tooling.

Extractable Stepped Dowel Pins
Extractable Stepped Dowel Pins for accurate alignment of composite moulds. Designed for use with Boneham components. Prevents resin running into the bush. Uniformed thread size across the range. Size marked for easy identification.

Teflon / PTFE Coated Extractable Metric Dowel Pins
Self lubricating steel dowel pins with PTFE coating. Boneham Standard DP35B Metric Tapped dowel with an extreme performance hybrid coating. The dowel pin coating consists of PTFE, PFA and FEP. This coating is a dry film lubricant which gives the dowel excellent release properties in applications such as composites where resin can frequently lock in a standard dowel pin. PTFE coated dowel pins come in charcoal finish as standard, but other colour finishes can be manufactured to assist with production identification and application requirements. Further unique properties of the coated Boneham extreme performance dowel. Why are these non-stick, self lubricating dowels performance dowels? - Low friction coefficient to 0.02 - Exceptional non-stick release properties - Wear resistance under extreme pressures - Excellent Chemical and corrosion resistance - Environmental resistance against UV light, salt water and widely used road chemicals - Wide operating temperatures from -250°c to 285°c - Colour options available
