ICBP® FLEX - MODULAR AND MULTIPROCESS CONCEPT
ICBP® Flex is the most innovative and popular solution of ECM’s range of Low Pressure Carburizing furnaces. The modular and compact design of the ICBP® Flex meets the highest demands in terms of productivity and part quality. The ICBP Flex can assemble oil quenching cells (hot or cold), simple gas or reversible dual stream (up to 20 bar) quenching and heating cells. Their number depends on the required production capacity. ICBP® NANO - MULTI CHAMBER FURNACES : COMPACT CONCEPT
The ICBP® Nano composes one module with 3 stacked up heating cells (it can be extended to 6 heating cells, corresponding to 2 heating modules) and a gas quenching cell to cool the pieces. The carburizing cells are stacked up to reduce the footprint’s installation as much as possible. The installation allows better uniformity and repeatability from load to load while reducing distortions. Each cell is controlled independently, allowing it to work with different temperatures, gas injections and heat treating recipes in each cell. This makes it a flexible installation, compact and with improved productivity, ensuring the best treatment quality. ECO FURNACE - THE SUSTAINABLE HEAT TREATMENT INSTALLATION
The ECO Furnace is a double chamber installation made of a heating cell and an integrated quenching cell. It is a compact installation that aims at replacing sealed quench furnaces or IQ furnaces for heat treatment operations. Its development was based on four pillars : environmental impact, efficiency, metallurgical quality and ease of integration into existing heat treatment lines. ADVANTAGES COMPARED TO CONVENTIONAL FURNACE : – Sustainable solution : reduction of CO2 emissions up to 80% and energy consumption reduced by 40% – Better metallurgical quality - Easy integration in existing lines - Safety : no flames, no fire hazard

CRISTAL - VACUUM FURNACE
The Cristal range is made of furnaces dedicated to vacuum heat treatments at high temperature. The hot zone is insulated with specific metals, with a possible choice of molybdenum or tungsten resistors depending on the desired treatment temperature. It is the perfect tool for clean treatments for medium to large scale production. Its bell design allows for a precise positioning of the load. The patented resistor design ensures exceptional precision while piloting your process.
