XSensor's High Speed Impact System
For many year designers and engineers have been looking for ways to measure and minimise the elevated body surface pressures created between occupant and seat backs, head restraints, seat belts and airbags during rear or frontal impacts. Until now this impact pressure data has been impossible to obtain. This is why XSensor has developed it new high speed pressure mapping system. With data collection speed of between 2,000 and 3,000 frames per second, designers and engineers now have the ability to collect impact pressure data in a number for different impact scenarios. These include · Whiplash impacts · Seat belts · Airbags

Interface's Reaction and Rotary Torque Transducers
We at Interface please to be able to offer complete range of rotary and reaction torque transducers to be beet you torque measurement needs. Transducers are available in a variety of formats, including: Shaft (with or without keys),Flange or even contactless from 0.05NM capacity upwards. DDM On Vehicle Pressure Sensors
Interface Force Measurements are please to be able to offer DDM’s innovative range of small form pressure sensors to the U.K. Automotive Industry for the first time. Already widely used by automotive manufacturers and test houses in Germany, DDM’s sensors are designed to offer accurate flow and pressure measurement in applications such as • Fuel system pressure measurement • Coolant pressure measurement • Turbo charger pressure • Exhaust back pressure • Brake system fluid pressure • Crankcase pressure • Tank vent • Automatic transmission fluid DDM’s sensors are designed for both on vehicle and test bench use. All sensors feature a fully welded stainless-steel construction. Pressure ports and electrical connectors can be user specified to best fit your application. Pressure ranges start at 0.1bar, up to 2,000bar with working temperature ranges from -40⁰c to +150⁰C For more information please contact us on 01344 776666, e-mail info@interface.uk.com or visit our website, www.interfaceforce.co.uk
Multi Axis Load Cells
Interface Force Measurement call supply 3 and 6 axis load cells for a wide range of applications. These include control stick feed back measurement, wind tunnel testing, robotics, wave and tow tank applications, renewable energy tests. Capacities range from just 20 newtons to 500kilonewtons. Six axis sensors can be supplied in IP68, submersible versions on request. Our extensive range of multi axis sensors are supported by multi-channel amplifiers that offer internal crosstalk compensation and choices of signal output; including analogue, USB, EtherCAT, CANbus/CANopen.

DDM Flow and Tempreature Sensor with mini computer for E.V. coolant measurement
MINIATURE IMPELLER SENSOR AND FLOW COMPUTER The VCT is a turbine measurement system tailor-made for the flow measurement of almost any liquid, including agressive or flamable liquids. The VCT is ideally suited for road tests and in testing complex thermal management in vehicles with electric motors. The DDM turbine flow meter has a media-contacting thermocouple (VCT) has been specially developed for this purpose. The VCA flow computer processes data from the VCT flow sensor and converts it to a 0-10v signal for conection to an external DAQ. The compact size of both the flow sensor and flow computer means they can be easily installed, even when space is restricted. AT A GLANCE Compact size for east installation All wetted parts are stainless steel and Ceramic Built in signal pick up and processing Calibration data stored on the sensor (TEDS) - Can be used with any VCA flow computer Real-time viscosity-corrected and linearized flow rate is D/A converted and output as a voltage value Flow capacities from 0.5l/min to 350l/min
311 Liquid H2 Pressure Sensor
The Model 311H2 Series from GP:50 is based on the established and reliable 211/311 cryogenic range. It offers reliable pressure sensing in liquid hydrogen, liquid helium or other very low temperature applications. Remote mounted electronics provide a high-level 4-20mA output with trim pots provide zero and span adjustment. The SST, armor jacketed cable provides flexibility in mounting the electronics away from the process temperature. 18”-36” remote flex lengths are available.
