Products
4K Digital Microscope
Our flagship model within the VHX Series, new lighting and imaging modes to bring out even the most subtle surface details. With fully-motorised operation, this system supports a wide range of imaging and analysis capabilities including elemental analysis, metallurgical analysis with new high-resolution objectives and software, a 300 mm stage for wafers and other large parts, and functions for image comparisons and automation.
Handheld CMM
The XM Series is a handheld coordinate measuring machine (CMM) that lets anyone easily measure 3D/GD&T features. The system is portable and shop-floor ready, so measurements can be taken in any location. The unit also automatically records measurement data and creates detailed inspection reports. The images showcases our latest XM-5000 model which allows high-accuracy measurement for palm-sized parts to large applications.
Wide Area CMM
The Wide Area CMM WM-6000 Series of measuring instruments can easily measure the dimensions and shapes of products. Dimensions can be measured with the contact probe and shapes with the laser-scanning probe. The wireless probes eliminate routing limitations, allowing for easy measurement over a wide range. With no need for preprocessing such as spraying and sealing, scanning can be performed quickly and with high accuracy.
NEW Instant Measurement System
Instantly measure your parts with the push of a button. The Instant Measurement System takes place-and-press measurement to the next level with a significantly increased measurement range of up to 500 mm and multisensor capabilities including; optical, probe, laser, and rotary. This system features a new automatic drawing import function to help automate programming by importing CAD files and now PDF, JPEG and paper drawings. Furthermore, the built-in Smart Assist tool auto-optimises focus and lighting for expert level programming and optimal performance even with no prior optical metrology experience. This new Instant Measurement System enables fast, easy, and accurate inspections, even on large parts.
