60K RPM Battery SPEEDER by SycoTec
SycoTec developed the revolutionary high-frequency spindle Speeder 60 ER11, which enables HIGH-SPEED MACHINING ON ANY CNC MACHINE - WITHOUT COSTLY CONVERSIONS. The fully autonomous spindle requires no external controls and impresses with tool magazine capability for automatic tool change. The Speeder 60 ER11 combines all the necessary components, making installation simple and commissioning fast. This powerful solution promises high efficiency and ease of use – a real advance in CNC machining technology. PLUG AND PLAY This system was developed as a user-friendly plug-and-play solution. At the center is a motor spindle with impressive specifications: It reaches speeds of up to 60,000 rpm and offers a power output of 300 to 500 watts. In addition, the system scores with maintenance-free hybrid ball bearings and an efficient ER11 clamping system.

GRW’ are now supplying customers with precision sub- assemblies. Assembly, noise testing and packaging is completed in clean room Class7 conditions. SycoTec Motor Spindles
SycoTec specialise in the design and manufacturing of a range of both robust AC and efficient DC (PMSM/BLDC technology) Motorized High Speed, High Quality Industrial Spindles. Spindle speeds range from 5,000 to 100,000 RPM with outputs from 250W to 7,500W and the Spindles are used for processes such as Drilling, Milling, Grinding, Engraving, Routing and PCB manufacturing. SycoTec Spindles and their supporting drive equipment can be found wherever high speed performance and compact designs are desirable. Their robust Stainless-Steel spindle body sizes ranging from 25mm O/D to 60mm O/D with other sizes and variants soon to join their range. Their Latest Innovative product to launch here in February 2025 is the SPEEDER Spindle. Special features being; Out of the box application, No special adaption required. Tool Magazine and Auto Tool Change Compatible, Quick change long life battery operation, No cables, No Connectivity, fits most machine styles. Typical applications are seen within Dental, Optical and Engraving sectors through to key Industries of our time ranging from PCB and Chip dicing, Automotive and industrial Robotics, Simple and multi axis special purpose machining. SycoTec Custom Electric Motors
SycoTec produces a wide range of motor components operating as asynchronous motors, synchronous motors and/or as generators, with all key parameters being flexibly tailored to your requirements. We offer solutions within a wide operating envelope from 5W to > 600 kW and from 3 Ncm to 800 Nm. Beyond that, however, there are no limits to your specific parameters (subject to the laws of physics). In addition to creating customised configurations, we place immense value on optimising our processes.
