Compact Lift - Automated Vertical Storage

Since 2004 Randex have been helping our clients introduce automated storage and retrieval solutions and benefit from the many efficiencies associated with this technology. Our core products are based on the Compact Lift portfolio of machines. Compact Lift has many unique features and supports many accessories to optimise the materials handling and picking operations. Compact Lift technology is based on a rack and pinion 4 wheel drive system. This delivers unrivalled stability and strength, allowing us to support loads up to 1.5Tonnes and a range of machines with trays up to 6.5m wide! This drive system enables Compact Twin and Compact Double which both utilise an elevator which can handle 2 trays simultaneously – a unique capability of Compact Lift. Throughout the UK we are working with clients from SMEs to major Blue Chip organisations delivering projects ranging in scope from single machines to 20+ machines. We view our clients as partners and the projects we deliver are based on full collaboration and discussion. Palomat - Pallet Stacker

The pallet magazine PALOMAT® Greenline automatically stacks and destacks empty pallets. The user inserts or removes the pallets using a stacking truck or fork lift truck. All pallet handling takes place at floor level. The PALOMAT® Greenline detects the pallets using photo sensors and automatically stacks or destacks them one by one.. *It only requires a 230 V power supply *When selecting destacking, the PALOMAT can handle a stack of up to 15 or 25 pallets, which are then destacked automatically *When selecting stacking, the pallets are inserted one by one and automatically stacked to a maximum of 15 or 25 pallets. The entire stack can then be removed *The Palomat® Greenline operates fully automatically. It is ONLY manually operated via the touch panel when switching between stacking and destacking PALOMAT® Greenline is a standard model but can accommodate a wide variety of pallet types and sizes, with custom solutions available for specific customer needs.

Paratus

The PARATUS® Change CLASSIC is our flagship model, offering a proven solution for pallet changes in less than 30 seconds. The patented method by which the pallet under the goods is changed (rather than the goods themselves) is the key to the product’s efficiency. The heavy-duty slider on roller bearings allows you to effortlessly slide out the start pallet with the target pallet. The integrated spring mechanism ensures that the slider is automatically returned so that the start pallet can be conveniently removed. This simple yet ingenious operating method offers maximum efficiency and reliability. Compact Lift - Double

The Compact Double is a vertical lift system that enables floor space to be utilised more efficiently. This vertical lift system features double load trays, to provide even greater storage abilities per metre square of available floor space. This makes it ideal for small warehouses, where space is limited, and the Compact Double is essentially the same vertical lift system as the Compact Twin, but with double load trays in each position, to increase the storage area by 100%. Compact Lift - Twin

The Compact Twin is the equivalent to the standard Compact Lift vertical carousel, with double the loading capacity. The Compact Twin is the ideal vertical carousel for saving time, as it has the ability to handle two load trays in one sequence, by keeping one tray in the position for picking and the other in the waiting position. This means the picking rate can be more than doubled compared to a single vertical carousel system. The vertical carousel system of the Compact Twin allows the operator to start picking whilst getting the first tray ready for loading. Whilst the first tray is being filled, the next tray is put in the waiting position. Once the first tray is full, the Compact Twin switches the position of the two trays, to enable picking to continue and the first tray to be moved back, which doubles the picking capacity of the vertical carousel.
