About us
VAC Innovation, established in 2005, has been a reliable partner to the composite and glass-laminating
industries, offering a comprehensive range of vacuum bagging process materials, including consumables and
equipment, all tailored to provide effective technical solutions at competitive prices.
Recently, we have become part of Maceplast UK Ltd, under the Guarniflon Group, further expanding our
capabilities to manufacture FEP, ETFE, PTFE, and other fluoropolymers.
Over the years, VAC Innovation has built a strong reputation for delivering superior quality products and
services, making us the preferred supplier of vacuum bagging process materials for many companies within
the composite and glass-laminating sectors.
With our own fleet of vehicles enabling same-day delivery, we provide customers with a uniquely managed
consignment stock service, ensuring exceptional responsiveness and reliability. Large, well maintained stock
levels allow us to offer standard next day delivery across the vast majority of our products.
Products
VACflexUltraV
VACflexUltraV has been developed as a strong and supple vacuum bagging film, offering excellent puncture resistance and high elongation. This violet coloured, heat stabilised coextruded mono-nylon bagging film provides the perfect solution for oven and autoclave processing of complex parts up to 204°C and is also suitable for use with phenolic resins.
VACleaseR1.2 - Release Film
FEP offers excellent elongation allowing it to conform readily to complex profiles. The surface chemistry of FEP is such that it provides excellent release characteristics, and will release cleanly from the vast majority of resin systems.
VACsealB - Sealant Tape
VACsealB is a low cost, long shelf-life, black sealant tape that is a preferred option within the composite and glass laminating industries, for debulk and low temperature cures. The firm but pliable formulation offers high tack and a quick seal. The black colour also provides a good visual contrast against the bagging film, indicating the vacuum bag is fully sealed.
VAC Ecoclave
This versatile unit has been developed to bring affordability to composite autoclave processing and has been designed to make it one of the most economical autoclaves on the market today. The autoclave is also available with integral cooling to aerospace specification. With its on-board, integral vacuum pump, this autoclave simply requires electrical connection to a 32amp, 3-phase outlet, and to a compressed air supply. It is mounted on swivel, locking castors to allow flexible location on site if standard working space is an issue.
