Inventory Management
Caliach's manufacturing business management system is designed from the outset for the smaller manufacturer. Our ERP system incorporates Inventory Management. Items gets checked and deducted. All products that assemble to form that product are deducted and costs are automatically updated.

Inventory Management | DynamxMFG
Inventory problems do not announce themselves until it is too late Wrong materials pulled, stock allocated to the wrong job, purchase orders raised after a job has already started – these are not unusual events. They are the daily reality when inventory is managed separately from production. Two-layer BOMs that connect design to the shop floor Every stock item has a Design BOM – all the possible materials that might be used – and a Manufacturing BOM that specifies exactly which materials are consumed at each routing operation. Operators see only what they need for the step they are on. Build the Design BOM manually or import via spreadsheet. Build the Manufacturing BOM by assigning materials to each routing step with exact quantities. Changes deploy to all open work orders with a single click – without having to re-raise anything. Never miss a purchase order because you did not know you needed it When a sales order is released and stock is insufficient, DynamxMFG raises purchase demand automatically. The Pending Allocations tab shows every outstanding shortfall in one place – with options to create a new PO, add to an existing one, or view what is already on order. Purchase orders move through Pending, Requested Quote, Released, and Complete statuses. PO approval is recorded. Partial deliveries create a Part Received status so nothing gets lost. Book stock in via the Goods In interface on the shop floor. Every item, every location, every cost – always accurate Stock is held across named locations – shelves, bays, work-in-progress areas, quarantine. Unavailable locations hold scrap and obsolete stock that cannot be allocated to jobs. Adjust quantities and costs against any location with a full audit reference. DynamxMFG uses FIFO costing – the oldest cost in stock is consumed first. Three BOM cost bases are available: average, standard, or latest cost. Run a single recalculation to roll costs across all BOMs when input costs change.

IQOQ Validation
Our field service teams provide validation and documentation services to support IQOQ processes designed to ensure that your Instron testing equipment performs to its intended purposes and produces valid results per 21 CFR 820.72 and ISO 13845. At the conclusion of our services we provide a Completion Certificate for Installation and Operational Qualification that will be signed by the Instron Field Service Engineer who performed the validations.

iSpeed - Fast Dotpeen marking
The i-speed machine, which is ultra compact and fast, uses continuous vibrating technology which consists of marking parts in a continuous line and meets an increasingly specific need of the companies in the industrial sector. Perfectly suited for very high-speed production lines, the i-speed is capable of marking up to 10 characters per second. Its small dimensions (218 x 107 x 62 mm - 8.6 x 4.2 x 2.4 in) allow it to fit easily in a minimum of space. Subject to a thorough study, these characteristics make the i-speed one of the fastest and most compact machines on the market. The i-speed uses a pneumatic stylus that eliminates overheating problems and allows the machine to be used at very high speeds. Moreover, the absence of consumables makes it a very affordable machine. The integrated i-speed system allows very fast permanent dotpeen marking on all types of materials, from plastic to treated steel up to 62 Hrc. The quality and precision of the guidance, the wide tolerance of the stylus/part distance, its speed and the power of the integrated software make it a high-performance device.

IT Support for ERP Systems and Devices
Comprehensive service for supporting your hardware and software across ERP Systems and Devices.

Jenoptik Opticline Shaft Measurement System
Designed for extremely fast, extremely accurate measurement of cylindrical or shaft-type parts. It uses green light received by cameras to take a full image of the part to provide dimensional and characteristic measurements – such as concentricity and runout. The range has many applications in the automotive, medical and turned parts industries.

Kettle Controls
Our parent company Otter Controls is an expert in 360° connecting kettle controls. Our kettle controls provide high performance at low prices, while providing the high safety standards you expect. Our controls are also versatile, offering a number of additional optional features, such as thick film element support.

Kikusui PBZ Series
The PBZ is a high-voltage, large-current, fast-response, bipolar power supply. It supports four-quadrant operation, which means that it can source and sink both positive and negative voltages and currents. The internal AC signal or an external signal can be superimposed on the DC output. You can use the sequence feature to generate test signals for automotive and other electronic devices. Additionally, the PBZ can be used with a variety of loads to perform tests such as motor endurance tests, solenoid operation tests and capacitor ripple tests.

KIT
Easy-to-use, cloud-based, visual tool control software for managing, auditing, and calibrating your tools and equipment.

KITTING
TECHSiL provides kitting services which involves picking and packing of different components needed for a specific application as a single product with its own SKU. This service not only makes future ordering simpler, it allows delivery of all components at the same time, reduces the storage space needed, and ultimately streamlines processing times and enhances assembly line efficiency
