Resistance Wire Heating
Resistance wire heating elements are based on traditional wire heating technology and come in a variety of shapes. For all wire heating elements, a special metal wire serves as heat source. The heating conductor heats up due to its electrical resistance when being supplied with current. When designing a resistance wire heater, the heating conductor’s alloy and shape are most important next to the power output. Therefore, a selection of round and flat wires of various alloys and cross-sections is available. The selected heating conductor usually becomes a winding part on insulation material, such as ceramic or Micanite, or a spiral for tubular heating elements and heating cartridges

Retort Type Furnaces
Retort type furnaces can be used in a variety of ways. Be it for tempering and annealing of tools previously processed in vacuum hardening furnaces, as well as for a number of other heat treatment processes. The latter include in particular the processes of gas nitriding, nitrocarburizing in conjunction with corrosion-protective post-treatment (oxidizing). REVO 5-Axis Measurement System
The REVO system uses 5-axis measurement technology to minimize CMM motion at ultra-high measurement speeds. The REVO-2 head achieves fast and accurate measurements with its flexible tip-sensing probe by letting the head to the work while the CMM moves in a much slower, linear fashion. This probe, coupled with a tailored CMM, gives the system added accuracy and performance. The removable probe system, used in conjunction with a low-cost changer, gives the system added flexibility.

RF Primer
Formulated as an epoxy-based composite primer/surfacing film, our new RF Primer film is fully compatible with our epoxy prepreg systems and provides a sacrificial surface that enables the constructor to eliminate paint priming. The film is laid as a first layer and then backed up with a prepreg laminate. It will fully co-cure with our epoxy prepreg formulations and will reduce the time required for surface preparation, thereby reducing cost-per-part.

RFA570 eXpress cure Adhesive film for core bonding applications
RFA570 is unique product which has been principally designed for use with RP570 and RP570 FR eXpress cure epoxy prepregs, as an adhesive for core bonding applications. The distinctive characteristics of this product enable it to be cured in a press in 4 minutes at 140°C, thereby speeding up the processing of honeycomb sandwich panels - with either nomex or aluminium honeycombs. The product will also cure in autoclave, with a typical curing cycle of 4 minutes once the tool temperature has stabilised at 140°C. It is fully compatible with our full range of epoxy prepreg systems.
