PROLINE - Waterjet cutting system

Tecnocut Proline was conceived and designed to meet the needs of the aeronautical, automotive, die making and design sectors, guaranteeing machining of medium-large parts made of steel, aluminum, plastics and composites. Its small size means it can be integrated into any production environment, while ensuring high production volumes. A real machining center, designed with specific solutions for waterjet technology to ensure higher technological performance.

- Accuracy suitable for the most severe applications (aerospace, motorsport, defense, design, etc.)
- Bridge structure with an extremely rigid fixed column, able to guarantee the highest precision over the years, thanks to hardened and ground helical racks and pinions combined with high precision class reduction gears.
- Compact footprint: the newly designed structure allows the abrasive propulsor and pressure intensifier, normally installed on the ground, to be integrated on board.
- Stainless steel base compatible with a dredger for spent abrasive removal, rotary axis for tube processing and automatic water level.
- The racks and axle rails are protected by the revolutionary "Powder-Free" system by CMS, consisting of an engineering masterpiece of impenetrable casing labyrinths that ensures perfect protection from water and dust.
