Dust, fume, and mist extraction systems.
Our range of dust and fume extraction systems and filtration products are built to order in our factory located in the East of England; all products are assembled from stock components allowing us to maintain short lead times. We also import the AOF range of Oil Mist Filters from our trusted partners in the Netherlands.
AirBench specialise in high air volume, low velocity extraction systems, providing a demonstrable working extraction solution to a wide range of dust and fume problems.
We demonstrate our extraction systems on site prior to purchase where possible, to ensure both buyers and operators are confident that our products are the correct solution and are usable in day-to-day operation for their businesses.
We provide dust and fume extraction solutions to specific workplace problems using standard modular components and filtersets allowing rapid delivery.
We have supplied over 10000 AirBench downdraught benches into UK and worldwide customers.
In 2014, we purchased the OMF range from Air Cleaning Systems of Cardiff following their entrance into liquidation, in order to broaden our coolant mist filtration product range and provide ongoing support to OMF (Oil Mist Filters) customers.
We also distribute the AOF range of mist filtration units, which are manufactured for our Netherlands-based partners Dormatec.
Our extraction systems are generally self-contained. AirBench (our downdraught benches) usually requires no installation; VertEx (Our range of cross draught booths) can be installed quickly in-house, and our OMF products can usually be fitted in less than one day by our trained teams.
Products
AirBench Downdraught Bench
AirBench downdraught benches are self-contained workbenches with built-in dust and fume extractor systems. Users simply work on the downdraught bench, table or booth’s surface. Dust or fumes are drawn down through the extraction bench’s surface, into the internal filters. Clean air is returned to the room. No installation is required; simply plug in, switch on, and start work.
AirBench VertEx Cross-draught Booths
VertEx cross-draught extraction systems are modular walls of extraction. Dust or fumes are drawn in through the perforated front panels into internal filters, selected to suit the application. Contaminants are removed from the airstream and filtered air is returned to the workspace. VertEx systems being modular can start from a single 1200×600 extracted face with no upper limit to the size of the cross-draught system. With our modular VertEx Booth system we can create walk-in dust and fume extraction booths large enough for any application. By specifying alternative filter sets VertEx systems can be configured as a sanding booth for wood and similar dusts, a grinding booth for metal work, or a fume extraction booth with carbon filtration.
AirBench AOF Mist & Smoke Extractors
AirBench AOF smoke and coolant mist filters are compact units designed for attachment to most machine tools. Units are available with airflows from 660 to 2400m3/h enabling use with a wide range of machining systems. We can specify, supply, and install AOF filter units, including wiring to your machine tool for ease of operation.
