Products
Hydraulic Presses
We design machines with press forces in the range from 1.000 kN to more than 5.000 kN in monolithic frame design, tie-rod design, slab-design or as column-guidedpresses, as long-stroke down-stroke or short-stroke upstroke presses. In addition to proven standard products, we offer individual solutions and develop special presses for even greater pressing forces, tailored to your specific requirements. Rely on our engineering team and its 100-plus years of experience in the design of hydraulic presses.
Tape Laying
The Tailored Blank Line consisting of tape laying system Fiberforge and consolidation system Fibercon is a completely integrated production system with a zero-waste approach. It enables you to produce more than one million lightweight parts per year on the basis of thermoplastic tapes. Together with upstream and downstream processes such as automated tape loading and the Dieffenbacher Fiberpress, flexible and extremely fast production process for thermoplastic components are possible. The Tailored Blank Line can also be combined with some of the other technologies for even more efficient production. We will be happy to advise you on how you can further optimize your processes.
Press Automation | Cutting & Stacking
Take your FRP component production to the next level. The majority of FRP processing applications still rely on manual processes. The DIEFFENBACHER press automations and cutting and stacking systems enables a considerable increase in productivity and system efficiency fully automated. They replaces the error-prone and time-consuming manual steps of the cutting process. Press Line: Turnkey system; hydraulic press and line automation Press Automation: Automation of an existing hydraulic press Cutting & Stacking Unit: For cutting and stacking operations, e.g., automating a preforming system, cutting dry fiber fabrics, etc.
LFT & LFT-D
Manufacture long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic components more cost-effectively. The LFT-D Technology is suitable for components such as underbody shields, spare wheel recesses and pick-up boxes. They offer outstanding lightweight construction properties and a high potential in energy absorption behavior. With Dieffenbacher’s LFT-D technology and the process-controlled, high-precision and energy saving hydraulic Fiberpress, you can incorporate reinforcing fibers and materials more cost-effectively, sparingly and flexibly.
EVORIS - The Smart Digitalization Platform
With EVORIS, Dieffenbacher has developed a new approach to the digitization of plants for composites and metal processing. Assisted by artificial intelligence, the digital platform EVORIS is a smart software solution for the digitalization of hydraulic press systems and complete forming plants. The software helps to make manufacturing processes more transparent and efficient. The cross-plant and manufacturer-independent platform measures, collects and stores process and component data in a central location. Various apps use self-learning AI and machine learning algorithms to transform the data into useful information for you. SMC Lines
Discover our innovative SMC lines for producing high-quality glass fiber or carbon fiber SMC. With four models, different working widths and various adaptation options, we offer the right line for all customer requirements. If required, you can add pumping, dosing and mixing systems and dispersion machines for material preparation.
Fiber Processing
Our fiber-cutting systems are mainly used in the production process of sheet molding compounds (SMC) ,polyester plates and technical textiles. They are also used to feed mixing and kneading systems for bulk molding compounds (BMC). Fibers such as carbon, basalt, glass, PE, PA, aramid, hemp, jute and metal can be processed.
Slitting & Cutting Machines
Our slitting and cutting machines are designed for the precise production of rectangular blanks and complex geometries from SMC, prepreg, or dry fiber fabrics. With a variety of models, we offer tailored solutions to meet every customer’s specific requirements. Many of them are also an integral part of our automation solutions.
