Our range of lightweight, flexible and strong warehouse storage bin and shelving systems are designed to consolidate space and adjust to changing stock requirements. Our manufacturing facilities have the versatility and capability to produce PIX® and PIX® SLOTS warehouse solutions specific to each customer’s needs. From small accessories to larger apparel there's a picking solution to suit all 3PL and e-commerce fulfilment centres.

Sustainable Packaging
Our range of paper-based protective packaging, EcoLITE, offers businesses a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to polystyrene and plastic that can help them to reduce their carbon footprint, eliminate waste and become more circular. A lightweight innovative packaging and void fill, EcoLITE draws its protective properties from the same honeycomb cell technology that features in all our high-quality, paper-based products. Pound-for-pound honeycomb paper cardboard is stronger than steel, providing excellent protection, cushion and absorb shock. EcoLITE has been designed to fit within a circular economy. Fully recyclable after use, and made form 100% recycled materials, in line with the ethos on which we have built our business. Available in 15mm, 18mm, 25mm and 50mm depths as standard, EcoLITE can be sold on pallets by the sheet or cut to bespoke designs. EcoLITE’s flexibility and wide range of uses make it an ideal product for use in a variety of industrial applications. A Paper and Packaging Board (PPB) survey found 71% were more likely to buy from brands that packaged their products in paper or cardboard. The ‘unboxing’ trend on social media is testament to the power of paper-based packaging to create a positive user experience equivalent to the pleasure gained from shopping in-store.

The award-winning PALLITE® shipping crate will protect your consignment in transit whilst providing an ISPM 15 exempt solution. What’s more, with extensive CNC capabilities, PALLITE® can offer protection of oddly-shaped components by creating locators and fitments for boxes that are more resistant to turbulence and damages than corrugate alternatives. PALLITE® has become the all-round proposition. FULLY COLLAPSIBLE TO SAVE SPACE AND TIME, save your team time and effort with assembly in minutes whilst optimising warehouse space when not in use. Opt for a loading window on the side of your crate to speed up packing times. STRONG A standard specification PALLITE® shipping crate can hold up to 750kg and stack up to 500kg UP TO 83% LIGHTER THAN WOODEN SHIPPING CRATES. Standard specification PALLITE® shipping crates weigh from just 12.4kg, reducing your overall consignment weight and providing cost-savings. Layer Pads
Durable, and sustainable; made from 100% recycled paper, PALLITE’s layer pads are designed to create product protection between layers during transit or in storage. The ideal layer board for goods that are stacked on top of each other, whether on pallets or another surface. A layer pad is placed between these items to protect them from damage. Our honeycomb paper cardboard layer pads can be cut to customer sizes for ease of use. Applications include materials handling in the FMCG industry. What’s more, our honeycomb cardboard layer pad is stronger than corrugate and absorb potential vibration damage to the load during transportation. They can also protect items when a cutter is used to unpack. The delivery of your consignment is one of the final stages of your supply chain, it is now when it needs most protection. PALLITE® layer pads can be used for stacking, reinforcing or separating loads, as well as providing a protective layer for strapping and banding. Available in either 25mm or 15mm honeycomb cardboard deck, the pallet layer pads can be manufactured to suit your specific dimension needs, helping you to protect your consignment.
PIX® & PIX® SLOTS Warehouse Storage Solutions
PALLITE® PIX® SLOTS is a lightweight sustainable range of storage units ideal for warehouses and distribution centres requiring the flexibility to adjust the storage bins to suit stock requirements. PIX® and PIX® SLOTS is produced from our incredibly durable honeycomb paper cardboard. Smooth shelf edges are designed for customer labels and barcodes ensuring increased pick accuracy, and improved pick efficiency. PIX® XL BIN BOX
PIX® XL Bin Box, warehouse storage bin range for more bulky products with the capacity of up to 25kg across each pick face. Fully recyclable after use, and made form 100% recycled materials, in line with the ethos on which we have built our business. Ideal for larger SKUs, PIX® XL Bin Box storage units are produced from our incredibly durable honeycomb cardboard.
EcoSHRED Sustainable Void Fill
SOLD in 140L paper sacks with 8kg of shredded paper in each bag. Minimum order quantity: 1 pallet – 12 bags with a total of 96kg of EcoSHRED. Sustainable Paper Pallets
Sustainable pallets offer a perfect alternative to wood that are exempt from ISPM15. No costly heat treatment or concerns over how to stop any mould growth or blue stain on the timber, PALLITE® pallets come ready to use and are 100% recyclable. PALLITE® pallets start from just over 4kg, which makes them around 20kg lighter than their wooden pallet counterparts. This means you’ll save money on fuel when travelling by road, as well on the cost of shipping and air freighting consignments, where the price may be weight dependent. And thanks to lighter loads, you’ll also reduce the amount of potentially harmful emissions produced by transporting your goods, helping to save the planet. All our products are made from between 80% – 100% recycled materials from carefully managed sources. When you think of paper, durability may not be the first thing that comes to mind, but paper pallets are incredibly strong.
