For over 30 years, TECHSiL have supplied high quality adhesives and sealants across varied specialist industries including aerospace, defence, electronics, and automotive.

TECHSiL’s product portfolio includes adhesives, silicones, tapes, lubricants, and O-Rings, from leading suppliers: Momentive, 3M, Hoenle, Loctite, Permabond, and more. We have exceptionally high standards, offering full traceability and are JOSCAR registered and ISO 9001:2015 certified. With a dedicated sales team of experienced professionals, we work in partnership with our customers, priding ourselves in understanding their specific requirements and offering tailored bespoke solutions to help them grow their business. To do this, we offer a range of market leading value add services including stock management, tape slitting, repacking, kitting, hazardous shipping, and labelling.

WHAT WE DO
For over 30 years, TECHSiL has been supplying the electronics, transportation, medical and many other industries with high-grade materials from our offices in the UK. Offering adhesives, silicones, tapes, lubricants, O-rings and related products. A dedicated internal and external sales team of industry-experienced professionals work together with our customers and suppliers to provide the perfect service and product solutions for their specialist business environment.

Whilst we hold extensive stocks and over 2,000 SKUs we are not simply a warehousing and distribution operation; we have earned an enviable reputation in customer care and service. Working with our manufacturing partners, TECHSiL delivers technical and application knowledge. We ensure that our customers' businesses are enhanced by the continuous introduction of new products, processes and innovations that deliver real customer benefits and value. We aim to provide our customers with an exceptional level of service together with full technical back up.

Our systems are regularly inspected by British Assessment Bureau to ensure our standards are maintained and we believe the reason for our success comes not only from being able to offer competitive prices but also complete confidence that all parts carry full supporting documentation.

SERVICES WE OFFER

REPACKING
Our repacking and material handling capabilities means TECHSiL are equipped to transfer the contents of large primary containers into small packs. Allowing us to supply products in a format to meet your exact dispensing requirements, reducing production errors, wastage, and simplifying your manufacturing and logistics processes.

Formats TECHSiL can repack into include syringes, cartridges, sachets or single use packs, tubs, pails, drums, and more. We can also supply UN approved containers. For more information, view TECHSiLs repacking options.
TECHSiL is an authorised repacker for Momentive materials.

TAPE CONVERSION & SLITTING
As an authorised 3M distributor, TECHSiL offers on-site slitting facilities and tape conversion services, allowing logs to be cut to any size width required to fit your application. Due to having on site facilities TECHSiL offers bespoke slitting services for non manufactured sizes to the quantity you need within a shorter lead time.
TECHSiL also offer die cutting services, converting tape to custom shapes and sizes to meet customer requirements.

KITTING
TECHSiL provides kitting services which involves picking and packing of different components needed for a specific application as a single product with its own SKU.
This service not only makes future ordering simpler, it allows delivery of all components at the same time, reduces the storage space needed, and ultimately streamlines processing times and enhances assembly line efficiency

STOCK MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
For our large accounts, we offer a stock management solution based on annual demand forecasts. This allows our customers to guarantee sustained supply over long periods whilst keeping minimum stock levels at your own premises.
Given that some of our materials can take from 12 to 20 weeks to arrive with us from order we also have a large number of clients who place forward or call-off orders for 6 to 12 months ahead of time to ensure that their production needs are met.

PACKING & LABELLING
TECHSiL offers a bespoke labelling and barcoding system, which can be set up to meet your exact requirements. Where special packaging is required, TECHSiL are able to offer a wide range of bags and other wraps in a range of UV-proof, anti-static or metallised materials. We also have a trained team to offer shipping for hazardous materials.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Ensuring materials come with full supporting documentation and complete traceability is standard practice at TECHSiL.
TECHSiL delivers high spec aerospace and defence products alongside a wide range of consumable items suitable where strict quality assurance is essential.
Annual inspections are carried out by ACS Registrars to ensure our very high standards are maintained and a continual improvement process is in place.

CONTRACT GASKETING FIPFG SERVICE
FIPFG or Form in Place Foam Gasket service includes automatic application of PU or silicone foam sealing to components to protect them from moisture and contaminants. By automating foam gaskets, less material is wasted, production costs are reduced, quality is stable, and more benefits.

SPECIALIST STORAGE
We have facilities that cope with products that require temperature-controlled conditions to preserve their effective life and enable us to supply goods to our customers in excellent condition.
Materials are stored in special conditions depending on product requirements such as frozen, chilled, heated or in our flameproof store.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
At TECHSiL we pride ourselves on successful relationships with both customers and suppliers. These relations ensure a flexible and efficient system of supply and support, individually tailored to help meet customers’ requirements and delivered by a dedicated, approachable Account Manager.
