At Trident, we pride ourselves on our service, customer care, product range and quality. Our team of experts not only manufacture unique polyurethane products tailored to your specifications from design to delivery but we also distribute PET, PIR, PMI, PEI, PPSU & BALSA.
Our team enjoys a challenge and can bring your designs into reality. We can assist with your project, providing information on which of our materials would be best suited for your project, or we can simply supply your material requirements.
We partner with customers from across a wide range of industries including aerospace, marine, construction, transport and moulding.

Tricast 5 Material (80kg)
Tricast 5 is a medium density rigid Polyurethane Foam in sheet form and is available in scored and pre-cut foam kits for a variety of GRP manufacturing applications.
Tancast 20 (320kg)
Used by the Engineering business for CNC Machining, Tancast 20 can be carved easily enabling small prototypes to be made, it is also used in the model making industry.
R82 Material
AIREX® R82 is a thermoplastic polymer foam that combines outstanding fire resistance with very low smoke and toxicity, along with excellent dielectric properties. It has an outstanding strength to weight ratio, very low moisture absorption, is thermoformable and ductile. AIREX® R82 is an exceptional core material for use in structural lightweight applications that demand high fire retardance, radar transparency or operation in extremely hot or cold environments.

Tricast 6 is a high density rigid polyurethane foam, suitable for use in GRP fabrications, particularly boat decks, where lightness, low resin uptake, and costs are important considerations. It is also available in scored and pre-cut kit forms
