TruMark Station 5000
Due to its intelligent, ergonomic design, the compact TruMark Station 5000 can be used as both a standing and a sitting work station. We equip the machine with linear axes in the X and Y direction and rotary axes with various clamping systems, according to your requirements. The marking station offers the possibility of workpiece flow through transfer for integration in a flow line. The openings in the side of the housing offer excellent flexibility so that the TruMark Station 5000 can be expanded in line with your requirements. Its flexibility and its suitability for diverse application scenarios make the TruMark Station 5000 the true all-round solution of the TRUMPF marking systems.

TruMark Station 3000
The TruMark Station 3000 combines simplicity and convenient operation in a marking system for processing medium lot sizes. An optional rotary axis offers flexibility for marking various components. With outside dimensions of only around 600 mm, the TruMark Station 3000 forms a compact marking cube, which provides a true desktop solution in combination with the TruMark 1110, TruMark 5010 and TruMark 6030 one-box lasers.

TruMark Station 7000
The TruMark Station 7000 is a complete turnkey solution that is extremely versatile to use – for everything from marking to surface processing. With its generous inside dimensions, the TruMark Station 7000 laser marking system provides plenty of space for almost any application. The marking system is suitable for marking large, heavy single parts or multiple small parts. Optionally, you can get the TruMark Station 7000 with our rotary table system for loading parallel to production. The motorised door ensures safety and boosts productivity with quick opening and closing, with an option for partial opening/closing.

TruMicro Mark 1000
The TruMicro Mark Series is characterised by maximum process reliability and precision. By using multi-level laser power control and monitoring the pulse energy for each individual pulse, you achieve precise marking results that meet the highest standards, especially in areas such as medical technology. Whether you are working with complex 3D free-form geometries or scanning marking content, the TruMicro Mark series in combination with image processing software is available as a turnkey solution. This gives you a wide range of options for "cold" microprocessing and surface modification.

TruLaser Cell 3000
With the compact and high-precision 5-axis laser machine TruLaser Cell 3000 you can weld and cut in two or three dimensions. In addition, the 3D laser machine is also suitable for laser metal deposition (LMD). From prototypes to large-scale series production with extensive automation, this multi-talented machine displays its superiority across the board. This applies particularly to cost-effective laser processing of small to medium-sized components with top quality.

TruLaser Station 7000
Are you looking for a compact, efficient and at the same time ergonomic 3D laser welding system for processing small assemblies such as sensors, rotationally symmetrical components and medical devices? The TruLaser Station 7000 is a compact and fully equipped, low-investment 3D laser welding system in the TRUMPF portfolio. It has a very broad range of applications thanks to a higher laser power of up to 2 W and higher flexibility. It has a small installation area but a large work area for integrating fixtures and processing larger components. An optional rotary table means large quantities can be processed much more productively than with comparable products.

TruMark Station Family
TRUMPF marking systems are available in different sizes and performance classes, and with a range of equipment. From marking to surface processing operations such as cleaning and structuring – we stock the perfect device for every application! Our marking systems offer a complete turnkey solution including software and image processing, and can be configured to meet individual requirements thanks to a flexible range of options. This means that the marking systems can be tailored to specific requirements, offering customised solutions for various industries – whether in mechanical engineering or medical technology. The devices are easy and safe to operate, enabling ergonomic working while standing or seated. TRUMPF's marking systems are certified according to laser protection class 1, so they can be used in the factory without any additional protective measures.

TruPulse nano
Our pulsed TRUMPF TruPulse nano fibre lasers with GTWave and PulseTune technology are some of the most versatile industrial lasers in the TRUMPF portfolio. These lasers operate within the nanosecond pulse duration range and are used in a multitude of industrial applications. They offer users unmatched flexibility. As they are also maintenance-free, you can concentrate on the result instead of on time-consuming and costly maintenance plans.

Fibre lasers
TRUMPF supplies a wide range of industrial fibre lasers for a variety of applications – from fine precision tasks with pulsed lasers to high-performance processes involving several kilowatts of laser power. Our fibre lasers cover a broad power spectrum and are available in singlemode and multimode variants. They require virtually no maintenance, can be flexibly integrated into your production process, and comply with the highest safety standards. Active power regulation ensures consistent laser performance throughout their entire service life. With precisely coordinated optics, sensor technology, software and service packages, we ensure your production process operates smoothly and efficiently at all times.

TruMicro Family
Short and ultrashort pulse lasers from TRUMPF are the ideal industry-ready tool for microprocessing. They are well-suited for all standard processing methods such as cutting, drilling, ablating and structuring, in a wide range of materials. The bandwidth of the TruMicro Series ranges from short-pulse lasers operating in the nanosecond range (ns-lasers) to ultrashort pulse lasers, picosecond lasers and femtosecond lasers (ps- and fs-lasers). The ps-lasers and fs-lasers enable cold processing of the material even at moderate average power, meaning that there is practically no heat input on the workpiece. The average laser powers of the short and ultrashort pulse lasers from TRUMPF range from 10 - 150 watts for the ultrashort pulse lasers to several hundred watts for the short-pulse lasers. The high peak pulse powers are unrivalled, with the total costs remaining extremely low over the full life cycle.

TruFiber P compact
Whether as an air-cooled precision tool with up to 500 W or as the water-cooled variant with up to 2 kW laser power – our TruFiber P compact lasers are the ideal solution for a variety of applications. This includes, for example, additive manufacturing, laser precision welding in the automotive industry or laser precision cutting in medical technology.
