TFC Acquires Forward Industrial
Forward began trading in 1997 as a Midlands-based distributor but has since grown into a global distributor of fasteners. They combine service solutions across inventory management, direct line feed, scheduled deliveries, MRO solutions and integrated managed stores. Forward offer a rapid part replacements service along with sample production runs. The company specialise in safety-critical fasteners and turned parts, working mainly with the automotive, aerospace, rail, power generation, infrastructure, defence, and oil and gas industries.
The acquisition is part of TFC’s strategy to further grow its business in the UK and Europe and improve geographical coverage.
