Using our Sodick UH650L, we design and manufacture electrodes with exceptional accuracy and surface finish, ensuring reliable, repeatable results in every EDM process.

We manufacture electrodes in copper, tailored precisely to your design requirements. Each electrode can be supplied on System 3R, Euro, or bespoke collets, depending on your preferences at quotation. To support efficient setup and use, setting sheets can also be provided, detailing undersize and positional movements to ensure optimum accuracy and performance during EDM operations.

Electrodes remain essential for many mould making applications, particularly in components featuring narrow ribs, deep cavities, and sharp internal corners, where conventional machining cannot achieve the required detail.
