Spark Erosion (CNC EDM)

At ND Precision Products, we continually invest in the latest EDM technology to ensure exceptional precision and surface quality in every tool we produce. Our most recent addition in this department, the Sodi-Tech AD55L, represents the latest in high performance spark erosion capability.

Supporting this, we also operate a GF Machining Solutions FORM 20 and a Charmilles E110 machine, allowing us to handle a wide range of tooling requirements efficiently and accurately.

Using spark erosion, we can achieve a surface finish down to 0 VDI, producing an exceptionally smooth and precise result that is often impossible to achieve through conventional milling. This process enables the creation of complex shapes, fine details, and intricate forms, all while maintaining the dimensional accuracy and high standards ND Precision Products is known for.
