You can access My Easyfairs via this link. If you haven’t logged in to the platform before you will need to set up an account. You can add additional My Easyfairs users via the platform.
Yes! As an exhibitor you have access to My Easyfairs, the show app, Visit Connect and Smart Badge readers. Your specific package will dictate how many Smart Badge readers you receive, and the additional marketing opportunities you can access.
You can check which EasyGo package you have via My Easyfairs, or by looking at your stand booking confirmation.
Your Smart Badge readers will be linked to your company information in My Easyfairs. Any visitor who taps their badge on your reader will receive one email detailing the company information for all the stands they have touched.
Once the show has finished and your Smart Badge reader(s) have been returned, you will automatically gain access to all of the leads from your reader. Leads will be available from midday the day after the show closes, and can be downloaded from My Easyfairs.
Using Visit Connect and the Smart Badge technology offers you the best chance of increasing the quantity and quality of your leads. Visit Connect is a useful tool for qualifying leads when you speak to them, and gives you immediate access to their information. The Smart Badge readers allow visitors to access your information automatically, and for you to follow up with them even if they don’t have time to stop for a conversation.
Before accessing the show app ensure you are registered as Stand Personnel via My Easyfairs. If you have registered as a visitor by mistake please contact the event team to change this.
When the app goes live, you will be emailed with your access code and be able to log in to the app.
EasyGo is designed to cover brand awareness, lead capture, and event marketing to help you reach and engage with your community before, during and after you event. You can upgrade your package at any time before the end of the show!
