Alpha 101
Alpha 101 is a highly reactive two component adhesive in a twin syringe for easy, clean and accurate dispensing. Alpha 101 is suitable for bonding metals, glass, GRP, ceramics rubbers, plastics & wood. It is suitable for use in light assemblies, maintenance & repairs. Alpha 101 is resistant to water & a wide range of solvents.
Alpha DP007
Alpha DP007 Hybrid Adhesive is a high performance, flexible and stable single component thixotropic adhesive based on hybrid polymer technology. It is a single part, moisture-cure adhesive that requires no mixing or activating and provides excellent adhesion properties. Alpha DP007 Hybrid Adhesive is used for general purpose bonding on a wide variety of materials as well as for a wide range of applications. It is also approved for use on Pilkington Active Glass.
Alpha Thixofix
Alpha Thixofix contact adhesive has been developed as an easy to use, multi-purpose contact adhesive that exhibits high bonding performance and non-drip properties. Its aim is to make the bonding of laminated plastics to wood and other substrates simple whilst maintaining the well proven efficiency and strength of ordinary contact adhesives. Alpha Thixofix contact adhesive has a gel appearance developed to ensure ease of application using the Thixofix notched spreader to deliver the correct amount of adhesive on to the materials being used. It is ideal for use on vertical surfaces without the risk of the adhesive dripping or running. It will stay in place throughout application, allowing the accurate positioning of materials to be performed due to the unique ”slideability” of Thixofix to ensure the correct final finish of the bonded assembly. It also eliminates the spills and mess that is normally associated with ordinary brushable contact adhesives.
Alpha Trimspray
Alpha Trimspray is a multi-purpose, high tack and high temperature aerosol adhesive based on synthetic rubber and resin in solvents that has been formulated for use in the automotive industry. Alpha Trimspray is easy and clean to use, the adjustable nozzle allows complete control over the spray pattern to enable tight control and accurate application over large areas very quickly. The open joint time is from 30 seconds to 30 minutes, giving total flexibility in use. Trimspray exhibits high temperature resistance to a maximum of 110°C and is ideal for both large and small jobs inside motor vehicles. Once coated the surfaces to be bonded can be brought together almost immediately and firm pressure consolidates the bond. In such areas as seat build and re-upholstery the added advantage is that a soft bond line can easily be achieved. NB: Trimspray is not recommended for bonding polystyrene foam or unsupported PVC.

Alpha 6010 structural acrylic adhesive is a two component, ambient curing adhesive that is ideal for the quick and easy bonding of a range of substrates. It’s innovative formulation produces outstanding adhesion and is ideal for use on a variety of materials such as plastics, metals and composites.
Alpha DP124
Alpha DP124 Silicone Sealant is a ready to use, single component silicone sealant that can be used for both interior and exterior applications, with excellent adhesion and sealing performance on glass, ceramics and sanitary ware. It cures rapidly on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a robust, flexible rubber seal. Alpha DP124 Silicone Sealant has excellent weathering resistance properties that make it ideal for conditions where wide ranges of temperature, humidity or UV exposure might be present. It is not suitable for use in ecological systems (e.g. aquariums) or where potable water may come in to contact with the sealant due to the presence of fungicides within the product. It must also not be used on marble/natural stone, as a mirror adhesive and in areas with direct food contact. It is not suited for plastics with general poor adhesion to silicones (e.g. PE, PP, PET).
Alpha Thixofix Eco
Alpha Thixofix Eco is an easy to use, water-based high performance contact adhesive based on polychloroprene latex that has been developed especially to make high strength, permanent bonds on a wide variety of materials. It also features a novel built-in indicator for the correct time to bond materials together. Alpha Thixofix Eco is an ecologically friendly, non-hazardous adhesive that removes the risks associated with traditional solvent-based contact adhesives without compromising on bonding performance and durability.
Alpha SAS520
SAS 520 is a two-part room temperature cure toughened adhesive offering exceptionally high peel, shear and impact strength, high temperature resistance and tolerance to oil contaminated surfaces. SAS 520 is ideal for structural engineering, electronics, maintenance and repair. SAS 520 comprises a two-part kit, containing SAS 520 Part A and SAS 520 Part B pre-weighed to the correct mix ratio for maximum performance.
Alpha S7162MB
Alpha S1762MB is translucent, low viscosity one part polyurethane adhesive than can be applied through most conventional spray systems. S 1762MB is used for bonding plasticized PVC to itself and many other substrates where plasticizer migration is a problem. S1762MB shows resistance to oil, detergent and moisture. The product can also be used as a primer coating. A newer application is for the lamination of aircraft furniture, using heat reactivation techniques.
Alpha S1922(TF)
Alpha S1922 (TF) is a powerful, general purpose adhesive, having high heat resistance. S1922 (TF) has been formulated without the use of toluene enabling it to be sold to the general public, due to its use of a safer solvent system. Alpha S1922 has been developed to be applied with spray systems. The high performance of the finished bond makes it suitable for use in a wide range of applications particularly in the automotive, building and furniture Industries. This adhesive has excellent spraying characteristics. The finished bond exhibits high strength and high heat resistance.
Alpha S1358
Alpha S1358 has been developed as a multi-purpose contact adhesive where high strength and heat resistant performance is desired. It is an easily applied adhesive with short open time that forms strong and permanent contact bonds. The combination of fast drying, long tack life and excellent hot strength make it an ideal choice for automotive trim bonding.
Alpha S1735
Alpha S1735 (New) is a pipe weld cement specifically developed for bonding rigid PVC and ABS. This adhesive can be used for many applications in the plastic moulding industries as well as the building industry, where S1735 (New) is used as a solvent weld in the fabrication of rigid PVC rainwater and general drainage systems. It is also suitable for potable water systems. S1735 (New) has been reformulated to a new, safer solvent blend.
Alpha SAS328
Alpha SAS328 is a two-part room temperature curing, toughened epoxy adhesive offering exceptional adhesion. It has been specially designed for difficult, wet/moist and underwater applications that requires structural adhesion to a wide range of materials such as water-immersed concrete, stone masonry, brick, wood or steel surfaces.
