Painting
CBE+ has a dedicated spray paint facility on site. We can paint a range of materials in a variety of colours.
Wire EDM
Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) allows precise machining of the hardest components and complex geometrics where CNC machining is difficult to achieve. Assembly
Our shop floor has a dedicated area for the assembly of our customers’ products. Here, we put together both simple and complex assemblies to be shipped to customers as a single, finished product. All items are tracked through the company’s MRP system ensuring full traceability of parts. Along with our CNC machining pressure testing, industrial painting & nickel plating, this is another example of why CBE+ is your ‘done in one’ service provider. We have many years’ experience supplying this service to high-profile customers in the gas industry both in the UK and overseas. Our certified processes ensure that the relevant industry standards are always met.
Precision Engineering
Our state-of-the-art, precision engineering facility takes our customers’ products from ‘on paper’ concepts to complex components. With over 30 years’ experience in CNC Machining, our advanced equipment paired with the knowledge and experience of our team allows us to provide innovative solutions for a range of mission-critical applications. Our products are used in the most demanding industries in the world, including aerospace and defence, energy and renewables as well as in a huge range of industrial applications. The sheer versatility of our CNC turning and milling centres allows us to machine a diverse portfolio of products and geometries. We have experience in processing forgings and castings in a range of materials, including hard and soft metals such as steel, titanium, aluminium, Nimonics and super alloys.
Electroless Nickel Plating
Electroless nickel plating creates a uniform nickel coating providing a wide range of benefits including superior corrosion protection, improved surface hardness, wear resistance, conductivity and shielding. We provide specialist surface treatments including electroless nickel plating, diffused nickel plating, shot blasting and heat treatment for customers in niche markets including aerospace, defence, oil & gas and automotive.
