ANTARES MK3: Interpolated 5-axis machining centers with monobloc structure for advanced materials processing
Monobloc machining center for vertical milling, ideal for composite materials, aluminum, light alloys and metals processing. ARES: 5-axis high speed machining centers
Integrated machining center for vertical milling, ideal for composite materials, aluminum, light alloys and metals processing. The advanced design of its structures and the result of CMS’s continuous investments in R&D with the sophisticated technological solutions adopted, provide rigidity and precision over time, and exceptional movement dynamics. These features guarantee quality finishing levels, unparalleled accuracy and a high productivity level. - Very large working areas for maximum productivity freedom, wide range of electrospindles, fully designed and manufactured within the SCM Group. - Wide configurability of the working areas (single zone or pendular cycle). - Precision suited to the most demanding applications (aerospace, motor sports, etc.) - CMS Adaptive Technology, function integrated into the control that allows the operator to achieve maximum removal parameters of material on a specific surface by simply calling up the relevant mapping. ETHOS: Gantry CNC machining centers for large-size work areas
Numerically controlled machining center designed according to CMS’ philosophy: the machine is the result and culmination of experiences developed in the aerospace and automotive sectors. KREATOR: Additive manufacturing and milling system
CMS Kreator is the state-of-the-art solution designed by CMS Advanced Materials Technology for the Large Format Additive Manufacturing (LFAM or LSAM) sector. It is a unique hybrid machine that combines the power of 3D printing with the precision of milling to ensure unprecedented production process results. Developed in collaboration with the German Fraunhofer Institute, CMS Kreator represents the culmination of CMS's know-how in the design and manufacture of CNC machines for fabricating with a wide range of materials, including carbon fiber, composites, aluminum, light alloys and metals. CMS Large Format 3D printer features a screw extrusion unit for thermoplastic polymers capable of a material throughput of 30 kg/h. IKON: Vertical rotating tables with double 5-axis operating unit
Vertical rotating tables with double 5-axis operating unit ikon is a 5-axis geometry machining centre with two vertical tables for the processing of aluminium and composites materials. Equipped with one or two horizontal operating units, it ensures high productivity. ikon allows a complete inner view by the operator.

PROLINE - Waterjet cutting system
Tecnocut Proline was conceived and designed to meet the needs of the aeronautical, automotive, die making and design sectors, guaranteeing machining of medium-large parts made of steel, aluminum, plastics and composites. Its small size means it can be integrated into any production environment, while ensuring high production volumes. A real machining center, designed with specific solutions for waterjet technology to ensure higher technological performance. - Accuracy suitable for the most severe applications (aerospace, motorsport, defense, design, etc.) - Bridge structure with an extremely rigid fixed column, able to guarantee the highest precision over the years, thanks to hardened and ground helical racks and pinions combined with high precision class reduction gears. - Compact footprint: the newly designed structure allows the abrasive propulsor and pressure intensifier, normally installed on the ground, to be integrated on board. - Stainless steel base compatible with a dredger for spent abrasive removal, rotary axis for tube processing and automatic water level. - The racks and axle rails are protected by the revolutionary "Powder-Free" system by CMS, consisting of an engineering masterpiece of impenetrable casing labyrinths that ensures perfect protection from water and dust.
