Dustcontrol UK supplies mobile dust extractors and stationary high vacuum extraction systems to help companies from all over the world achieve cleaner and more efficient production, as well as improved product quality.
Our product range consists of mobile dust extractors for industrial and construction use, liquid extractors, pre-separators, air cleaners, central vacuum systems, accessories and discharge arrangements. Dustcontrol supplies a complete range of dust collector products and accessories for large and small companies across many industries - from aviation and automotive, to metal work, to printing, to food, to pharmaceuticals. Our offering is extensive and far reaching.
We have over 50 years of experience of developing products to fit client requirements. Special orders are often a necessity for stationary casings in printing machines, food processing machines, and other automated production lines. DC AirCube 2000
With a capacity of approximately 1.850 m3/h the DC AirCube 2000 is the Dustcontrol´s most powerful cleaner. The DC AirCube 2000 has a robust, stainless-steel chassis and an encapsulated fan with variable speed setting. With its ergonomic design, it is easy to carry and transport. It can also be operated when positioned horizontally. The DC AirCube 2000 has a HEPA H13 filter with an area totalling 10 m2 . An integrated light indicates when it is time to replace the filter. Features The speed of the fan is continuously variable in order to save energy. An operating hour meter to check how long a filter has been in the machine / how long the machine has been in operation. The machines have four wheels, which makes it possible to move the machine without tipping the machine. Two wheels are lockable so that the machine does not roll away. The upper motor part has four mounts, which allows the motor part to be rotated as needed. The DC AirCube 2000 is equipped with both a HEPA H13 filter that captures the smallest particles and a light that indicates when it is time to replace the filter.
DC 1800

Its portability, power, and durability make it an indispensable tool for a wide range of applications. DC 1800 Autostart*: Connect the subject electric tool to the electrical outlet on unit. Set the selector switch to the AUTO position. The unit will start automatically when the subject tool is started.
DC 11-Module
The DC 11-Module is a complete central unit for source extraction and industrial cleaning. The unit can manage just about every kind of dust and chip you can imagine and, when properly equipped, your coolants and emulsions too. With the DC 11-Module, we deliver a complete central unit from the factory, plug and play – easy to install. We tailor it exactly to your specific needs. This is possible due to an options based selection process. The DC 11-Module has been designed to produce more capacity and service up to six normal extraction points or several cleaning outlets at a time. The design of a source extraction system is always based on the specific need at each work place. It is then possible to design and install a central unit for several, or many, extraction points. Alternatively, maybe a stand-alone unit for a particular area is the best choice. The advantage with stand-alone solutions is that you attain cleaner production one step at a time – as production requires it and as budget allows it. The DC 11-Module becomes part of the work cell or production machine and can be part of the flexibility of modern lean manufacturing and fast change-overs from part to part. The DC 11-Module is developed to fulfil the demands of a local solution.
DC Tromb 400c
The DC Tromb 400 is our most powerful 1-phase dust extractor up to now. It is designed to cope with both the demands for a clean and healthy working environment and handheld power tools which are more effective than ever. The dust extractor also enables the user to work without unnecessary interruptions - it tackles up to 420 m3/h. The DC Tromb is not just powerful, robust and effective but also versatile and all-round. It can handle all kinds of fine dust and materials created on a construction site created from cutting concrete, sanding, grinding or drilling floors or walls as well as dust from many other industrial factory processes. The machine can be connected to floor grinders and handheld tools like cutting machines, chisel hammers and saws. Due to its compact design, the DC Tromb is also easy to move and transport. As a standard, the machine is equipped with a patented self-cleaning filter (washable polyester) and an H13-filter built to be Application Class H. A signal lamp shows when it's time to clean the filter.
DC AirCube 500 - More Airflow and Pressure
The DC AirCube 500 has been developed for ease of use and high durability. It is built from stainless steel sheet metal to be extra damage resistant. The fan unit is a radial blower with a specially designed scroll to build up high pressure across its complete flow range. This means that the unit generates large amounts of airflow during the entire lifetime of the filter. Equipped with an el outlet for lamp and other. An exhaust hose can be used to create negative pressure in a sealed room. The fan has two speed settings that allows for economical operation, for example during the night.
