ESTA Dustomat Hydro

The Dustomat Hydro is a compact wet filter unit suitable for multi and single station extraction of metallic dusts & sparks produced during applications including welding, polishing, & grinding. For explosive materials an ATEX compliant version is available. The Hydro series utilised water separation technology; the first stage filter possessing a separation efficiency of 98.7% subsequently remedying sparks and dusts effectively harmless. Contaminants extracted are effectively bound in water which can be then discharged via a drain cock located at the bottom on the unit. The extracted air is then fed through a multi-stage filter system which can be configured according to the user's individual needs and intended application. For particularly hazardous dusts , a Hepa H 14 filter is recommended ( possessing a separation efficiency of >99.995%, allowing clean air to be exhausted back into the atmosphere. ESTA Downdraft Table

The ESTA series of down draft tables are well suited for industries that work with metal dusts, Plastic dusts, CFRP-/GFRP dusts, Stone dusts, as well as vapours and welding fumes. Activities where these contaminants may be present include machining, mixing, grinding, ect. Different sizes are available depending on the user's needs and both stationary set up and mobile set up are available. The table is highly adjustable, and is available in a standard set up ( no panels ), with side panels, and finally with a back wall extraction panel as well.

ESTA TK Series of Small Dust Collectors

The ESTA TK are a series of small dust collections for occasional operation in workplaces with low volumes of dust. Their small, compact design nakes thenm a very convenient solition for many and are suitable for industries that predominantly work with emtal dusts and shavings. The TK series can be used as both single workstation extraction nd direct extraction from another machine. They are very easy to operate and set up and offer numerous beneits, includingl low operationg costs, included dust collection frawer, low maintennace costs, and small space requirements.
