HandySCAN3D - The World's Most Accurate Hand-Held Laser Scanner
The NEW HandySCAN 3D Black. Now in its 3rd generation, the new HandySCAN BLACK has been optimized to meet the needs of design, manufacturing and metrology professionals looking for the most effective and reliable way to acquire accurate 3D measurements of physical objects anywhere. With 11 blue laser crosses, 1.3 MILLION POINTS PER SECOND and an accuracy of UP TO 25 MICRONS. The acceptance tests for HandySCAN BLACK is based on VDI\VDE 2634 which is ISO 17025 accredited to guarantee traceability to international standards at all times. HandySCAN BLACK delivers accurate, high-resolution and repeatable results, regardless of the measurement setup quality and no matter the user experience. Featuring dynamic referencing, both the scanner and part can move during measurement and still provide an accurate and high‑quality scan. All surfaces can be scanned including Chrome without the need for surface preparation and spray.

VXmodel
VXmodel is a post-treatment software that directly integrates into VXelements, Creaform’s standard 3D software platform, and allows the finalisation of Creaform 3D scan data for use directly in any 3D printing or CAD software. VXmodel provides the simplest and fastest path from Creaform 3D scans to your computer-aided design or additive manufacturing workflow. A great addition to the Creaform 3D scanners, VXmodel is simple but powerful, including only the features necessary to complement your CAD software. You already have all the design and modelling capabilities in your software: VXmodel simply provides the tools you need to unlock the scan data for a quick and seamless integration into your scan-based design process.

RoboSCAN-R
The RoboSCAN-R is an integrated package utilising the Creaform HandySCAN with a 6 axis Universal Robot. Our ‘off-the shelf’ solution is completely integrated with a specially designed portable workstation, inclusive of rotary table. Our vision for this solution is to offer OEM’s, Tier one, Tier Two and SME’s access to automated quality control, at an affordable price. Simplicity in application was paramount, thus integration with the UR (UR5e, UR10e, UR16e) collaborative robot, allows part programming in minutes. Creaform MetraSCAN-R Black edition
Part of the MetraSCAN 3D line-up, the robot-mounted MetraSCAN 3D -R optical CMM 3D scanning system is fast and accurate, designed for 3D automated inspection of parts on the production line and on the shop floor. In combination with industrial robots, the MetraSCAN 3D-R increases the reliability, speed and versatility of on-line inspection and quality control processes gaining all of the benefits of the hand-held MetraSCAN 3D in a fully automated, operator free measuring solution. Use Your Head! It’s Infinitely Better The PH20 utilises the award winning REVO measurement technology to speed up measurement whilst reducing dynamic errors at higher measurement speeds. The PH20 allows measurements to be taken purely by moving the head, rather than the structure. Data can be collected faster with improved accuracy. The 5-axis motion eliminates the time spent indexing the head and together, head movement and indexing, increases measurement time by a factor of 3.

REVO 5-Axis Measurement System
The REVO system uses 5-axis measurement technology to minimize CMM motion at ultra-high measurement speeds. The REVO-2 head achieves fast and accurate measurements with its flexible tip-sensing probe by letting the head to the work while the CMM moves in a much slower, linear fashion. This probe, coupled with a tailored CMM, gives the system added accuracy and performance. The removable probe system, used in conjunction with a low-cost changer, gives the system added flexibility.

HandySCAN 3D|MAX
Until recently, there was no affordable way to accurately measure large parts on the shop floor. Methods that had the required precision could only assess specific points, not full surfaces. Those that could scan 3D surfaces accurately were too expensive, while affordable long-range surface measurements didn’t offer enough accuracy. On top of that, reflective surfaces posed a hazard to optical technology. The CREAFORM HandySCAN 3D|MAX Series has changed this. It contains all the features that made the HandySCAN 3D line-up popular in the industry – portability, speed, accuracy, and simplicity; plus, it has an extra-large measuring volume. It uses blue laser technology, integrated photogrammetry, and live meshing, and is able to work in harsh environments to deliver high accuracy with volumetric optimisation. Plus, its ISO 17025 accreditation and compliance with the VDI/VDE 2634 Part 3 standard allows for metrology-grade quality control results with tight tolerancing.
