Tioga is one of the UK’s leading contract electronics manufacturers, operating from a Grade II listed building in the heart of Derby’s city centre. For more than 30 years, we have supported customers from first prototype through to full scale production, delivering reliable, flexible and cost-effective solutions.

PCB Assembly
PCB Assembly PCB assembly is the complex and delicate task of mounting and soldering the components that make electronics function onto a printed circuit board. With the most advanced machinery available, complete with inspection systems, we can ensure precise solder printing and component placement at every step to reduce defects and enhance product reliability. PCB Manufacturing Our PCB manufacturing facility in Derby is equipped with state-of-the-art surface mount technology alongside precise through hole assembly of your electronics equipment. We document the entire assembly process from start to finish to provide complete traceability and control, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes and accountability at every stage of production.
Test & Inspection
PCB Testing Before delivering your completed printed circuit board, we commit to carrying out extensive PCB testing and inspection procedures to ensure your finished product fully meets your requirements. We use both automated and manual equipment to test the functionality of your board, to ensure all specifications of the project have been met and that it is able to withstand any environmental conditions or operational stresses. Our testing ensures that every board delivered to customers is of the highest quality and free from defects.
Box Build & Finished Product Assembly
Complete Box Build Solution Tioga’s core competencies far exceed just manufacturing as we provide total product management solutions. This encompasses design, engineering support, global procurement and supply chain management, manufacturing, test, configuration, warehousing and distribution. In short, we are able to take on board the management of customers’ products in their entirety from initial design for manufacture requirements through to ongoing manufacturing and delivery of configured product to the final end user.

PCB Design Tioga Design Services provides complete outsourced product development capabilities to customers across the UK and beyond. We’re a highly skilled team that can offer hardware and PCB design, software, mechanical design and testing to help our clients to: Deliver expertise with dedicated design and development engineers in all aspects of product design Reduce costs by eliminating project management complexity Reduce timescales with seamless product design and DFM capabilities Along with the manufacturing side of the business, we are able to accelerate the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and proactively manage the component supply chain.
