TMS is the industry leader in CNC machining and manufacturing. We use state-of-the-art precision machinery and manufacturing processes to make your bespoke products come to life. We are an independent family run and award-winning business with extensive industry experience.
We work with a wide range of customers from many different fields, producing and developing ideas into hi-spec 3D reality. The TMS engineering capabilities and expertise are second to none and we use these to help develop moulds, tools and patterns, working out the best solution for each individual client and their unique products.
TMS use a variety of materials from Confor foam and HD polystyrene through to high density model boards. Thanks to our CNC machining experience, products are always engineered from the most suitable material. We hold stock of a variety of materials, so can often start machining the same day as an order is placed.

Large Scale 5 axis machining
Our extensive five axis machining capacity includes several machining centres with working envelopes of circa 5 x 3 metres In partnership with some of the most famous Movie and TV Studios Total Machining Solutions are able to deliver large scale models & props to the tightest of dead lines Consignment stock of various materials enables us to react immediately and have the ability to be CNC cutting the same day if required
Large format additive manufacturing (LFAM)
TMS is probably the leading LFAM (large format additive manufacturing) company in the UK our Advanced Manufacturing centre features Two Hybrid LFAM machines with a printing envelope of 4m x 3m x 1m and a 7 Axis Kuka Robot with CEAD printing head and a further 13 3 and 5 Axis machining centres giving TMS the largest LFAM capacity commercially available in the UK. In partnership with Automotive / Aerospace / Film and Marine industries Total Machining Solutions can deliver large scale models / moulds / fixtures & props to the tightest of deadlines. The new LFAM technology allows us to offer cost effective 3D printed straight to Autoclave Composite Tooling and Moulds and Fixtures for none heated applications. Offering a cost effective fast solution for our clients needs.
