FibreLINE
FibreLINE represents a transformative approach to composite aerostructure manufacturing, offering a true step change for the industry. It is an end-to-end automated preforming system that integrates Zünd’s custom-engineered Q-Line cutter with some of the world’s largest industrial robots. This modular adaptation of the Q-Line cutter provides a scalable, future-proof solution designed to meet the growing demands of the aerospace sector. FibreLINE delivers faster cutting speeds while significantly reducing stray fibers—a common challenge in composite manufacturing. Its benefits extend beyond precision, offering a marked reduction in factory footprint and logistical complexity. The system also streamlines downstream assembly, saving both time and resources. By dramatically increasing material deposition rates, FibreLINE allows manufacturers to operate using a single set of mould tools and tolerances, while still achieving next-generation production targets. This approach reduces the need for shimming and simplifies assembly compared with traditional AFP methods, which require multiple sets of mould tools to match FibreLINE'S production rate. In essence, FibreLINE enables faster, cleaner, and more efficient composite manufacturing, helping aerospace manufacturers meet evolving industry demands with less complexity and greater productivity.

Zund G3 Digital Cutting System
Zünd‘s modular tool and material-handling systems make it easy to tailor your G3 cutting system to specific cutting needs. Define your production requirements, and select the building blocks that will make up the perfect configuration for you. Additions and upgrades are possible any time. Innovative technology and superior manufacturing are guaranteed to result in reliability and low maintenance costs. Because of their modular design, G3 cutting systems can adapt to ever-changing needs and retain their value exceptionally well.

Zund S3 Digital Cutting System
The S3 cutter system is fast! This series‘ exceptional processing speeds are the result of intelligent control technology, an advanced drive system, and sophisticated tooling. Optimally synchronized cutting, perforating, marking and routing tools complete the system. The design of the S3 multifunctional cutter permits variable production workflows. Carefully thought-out material-handling options increase your production capacity manyfold. With non-stop tandem operation, for example, loading, unloading and processing all occur at the same time.

Zund D3 Digital Cutting System
The D3 sets new performance standards with its innovative double beam system. The two beams can each be equipped with up to three different modules and enable the doubling of the material throughput in one fell swoop. The intelligent cutter controller allocates the jobs optimally between the two beams and thus ensures the highest possible productivity. all components are perfectly streamlined with one another. Produce your jobs efficiently at the highest level of quality. Impress your customers with perfect products. Right in line with the modular design concept, the D3 can be adapted to new requirements at any time. With this unique modularity, the D3 offers the highest degree of value retention and investment security. Define your production requirements and put together a tailor-made cutter configuration from the Zünd kit concept. Upgrades and expansions are always possible. he price-performance ratio of the D3 cutter series is excellent. Only the most modern technologies and highest quality components are used. The flexibility, reliability, and quality of the D3 cutter are unique and unrivaled.

Power Rotary Tool - PRT
The exceedingly robust and high-performance Power Rotary Tool is designed for cutting challenging fibrous materials inexpensively and reliably. Suitable for cutting with the PRT is a wide range of challenging materials, including fiberglass and aramid. The tool can be set at 3 different rpm levels, i.e. at 100%, 75%, or 50% of the maximum. This allows for cleanly cutting tough, dense materials as well as those with low melting points. Pressurized air keeps the cutting assembly free of residual fibers and other cutting debris and simultaneously cools the motor. Advantages at a glance - Use of rotary blades reduces drag on material - Choice of 3 RPM settings (16,000/12,000/8,000) - Low-impact processing of materials with low melting points - High throughput; clean, accurate results - Compatible with G3, D3

Roll-off units
Roll-off unit universal The Universal roll-off unit is especially suited for light rolls of material that need to be changed often. Changing the rolls is quick and easy. Ideally, the rolled material should be dense and not have a tendency to wrinkle (e.g. paper or vinyl). An adjustable brake effectively prevents the material from continuing to unwind. The use of a material guide roll significantly reduces the potential for wrinkling and creasing. -Quick, easy roll changes -Ideal for lighter rolls -Perfect for paper or plastic films, vinyl -Suitable for inward/outward wound rolls With the addition of a material guide roller, wrinkling is reduced Details -Max. roll diameter: 350 mm/13.5 in -Max. roll weight: 70 kg/155 lbs -Available for all cutter sizes

Zünd PreCut Center
Zund PreCut Center facilitates data preparation and output. In just a few steps, users can create fully nested job files and automate their data workflow according to their individual requirements.

ZCC- Visualising Option
Visual support for parts removal via projection and monitor – with the Visualizing Option, cut parts can be marked and labelled quickly and easily. The Visualizing Option has been developed to simplify the traceability of cut parts as well as their identification and sorting after contour cutting. The Visualizing Option allows the Zünd Cut Center – ZCC to use metadata from job and production information in a variety of ways. A projection system above the cutter shows the operator which cut pieces belong together in different colors. It can also indicate on which cut pieces labels must be applied for later identification. A monitor can also be used to provide visual support for parts removal, if required, in combination with a projection system. The Visualizing Option ensures an overview of the cut parts at all times and simplifies dispatch logistics.

Leibinger Jet 3 up
With the Leibinger Jet 3 up adapter kit for G3, Zünd is able to offer a convenient, versatile solution for marking and coding a wide variety of materials. The inkjet printer from Leibinger can be integrated perfectly on a Zünd G3 cutter with an adapter kit. Like that, cutting and printing can take place in the same production phase without interruption. The Leibinger Jet 3 up is suitable for marking materials with printed characters and barcodes or for drawing lines. Applications for this printing tool are varied and numerous, including product tracking & tracing, optimization of logistics and quality control. Designed for multi-shift operation, the Leibinger Jet 3 up requires remarkably little maintenance. The system uses high-quality inks that offer good adhesion and dry quickly without releasing toxic fumes.
