Business Development Executive - Monitoring Technologies
Responsibilities:
•Generate and qualify sales leads through research, outreach, and networking.
•Arrange meetings between qualified prospects and the Monitoring SME to support opportunity development and deal closure.
•Prepare and deliver accurate and timely pre-sales materials, including technical quotations, commercial proposals, and customer-facing documents.
•Support the progression of won projects through internal procurement and technical review processes, ensuring continuity through to delivery.
•Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle in coordination with the SME, ensuring timely follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and progression of commercial stages.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM system, tracking all opportunities, communications, and client information.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing detailed, responsive, and solutions-focused support.
•Attend international exhibitions, site visits, and customer meetings (approx. four international trips per year).
•Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue targets through proactive customer engagement and collaboration with technical colleagues.
•Provide post-sales support where needed to ensure project success and foster repeat business.
•Report regularly on pipeline progress, customer engagement, and sales performance to the Sales & Marketing Director.
•Support broader marketing and sales initiatives, including customer campaigns, conferences, and marketing content development.
