ERP Lead / Production Control Support

We’re looking for an ERP Lead / Production Control Support to manage, optimise, and improve our ERP system. This role is central to ensuring smooth production flow, reducing downtime, and supporting overall operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with Manufacturing Supervisors, Operations, and Engineering to keep schedules aligned, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities – ERP System Administration & Support

Ensure accurate, real-time data entry and reporting across departments.

Implement, manage, and maintain ERP functionality and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend system improvements.

Analyse data, develop reporting tools, and ensure accuracy and legitimacy.

Monitor system performance, manage updates, and stay current on industry trends.

Provide user training, ongoing support, and clear process documentation.

Act as the key contact with ERP vendors, resolving issues quickly.

Conduct routine checks to maintain system integrity in collaboration with Quality.

Production Control

Release and monitor purchase orders, production schedules, and work orders.

Collaborate with Manufacturing and Operations to identify bottlenecks and adjust schedules to maintain delivery timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in process improvement, systems, manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain.

Familiarity with ERP systems (Progress Plus preferred, others considered).

Intermediate Excel skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High attention to detail, organisation, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
