Quality Technician
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Quality Technician within a Contract Electronics Manufacturing (CEM) environment. Computer-literate. Knowledge of AS9100 and IPC qualifications: 610, 620, J-STD would be a distinct advantage. If expired, training can be provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out product verification through inspection and or test.
Responsible for ensuring quality levels of manufactured product conforms to the customers, company and regulatory Quality standards.
Develop and maintain generic and specific inspection, test schedules and procedures.
Evaluate and repair customer returns.
Carry out calibration activities under the supervision of the Cell Leader.
Provide feedback to the Quality Manager / Cell Leader on adherence to the production plan and advising when due dates cannot be met.
Attending meetings as required
Continuous Improvement: investigating, identifying and rectifying issues affecting or likely to affect, Quality, Process, Product or Due Date Conformance, escalate if unable to resolve.
Ensuring the quality, environmental and health and safety requirements of the company, customer and regulatory authorities (ISO and AS9100) are fully complied
This position is based on a 4-day working week, Mon-Thurs (39 hours per week)

PCB Technician
Working within the PCB Assembly Team and reporting to the PCB Team Leader the PCB Technician will be required to carry out a wide range of production tasks associated with the PCB assembly process as depicted in the skills matrix. Responsible for ensuring that product is manufactured within the specified times and to the required quality standards.
Test Technician
Working within the Test and Calibration Cell and reporting to the Cell Team Leader, the Test Technician will be responsible for ensuring that the product quality conforms to the customer, company and regulatory quality standards.
Quality Engineer
We are looking for a candidate with a of Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Quality role within a small batch/high mix electronics manufacturing environment. Also open to candidates who have a strong PCB career in a quality support role or Test Engineering background, looking to step up and into this role. We would expect to see a CV with PCB Manufacturing experience, and a high level of exposure to quality requirements such as process, production, compliance engineering etc.
