PRF Team News for Summer 2025

We have some exciting team news for this summer to share below:

Dietmar Koplin, Head of Operations

Dietmar is joining us with years of experience in leading operations management in engineering industries, with a passion for continuous improvement and a great appreciation for the intrinsic values within a family business.

Will Goss, Engineering Sales Consultant, GOSS Engineering Solutions Ltd

With 20 years experience building quality relationships and delivering results across the engineering sector, Will is set to bring our innovative prepreg materials to new industries and customers, helping them to achieve more. Will begins working with PRF from the end of September.

Dave Ellson, MD

After 5 years, our MD Dave Ellson will be leaving PRF for pastures new. Dave has chosen to move to a new opportunity that aligns with his professional goals and offers fresh challenges. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dave for his dedication and contribution to the significant growth of PRF during his tenure and to wish him every success in his next role. We are pleased that he leaves, in his words, with a special place in his heart for PRF.

We will also be welcoming Michael into our lab team as Lab Assistant, based at our new Product Development and Innovation centre, and our work experience team member Tom will be rejoining us for his summer placement, working on some of our testing programmes.
