Surface Treatment & Finishing

SEA membership

The SEA represents the entire surface engineering and finishing sector, working with members who provide valuable services to this key sector.

Because your SEA executive team works closely with parliament and is represented on key committees and working groups in the UK and EU, involved in the issues that affect our industry such as legislation, standards and codes of practice, we are well placed to ensure that our views and those of our members are heard at the right level.

New or amended legislation on such matters as health and safety or environmental issues can have a major impact on our industry. By being ‘on the inside’ we are the first to know of the changes that will affect us all. Our close involvement with relevant bodies in the UK and EU enables us to keep our members informed.
