The Midlands Aerospace Alliance is the voice of companies in our region supplying global aerospace and defence markets, with 300 member companies ranging from Rolls-Royce to small technology firms and many of the region’s stakeholder organisations. The MAA has been working since 2003 to grow business revenue and high-quality employment for companies and people involved in the aerospace industry across the Midlands. Our activities promote collaboration amongst industry customers, suppliers, the public sector and other partners in the Midlands and globally; to support our customers, develop new technologies and innovate, and to improve our productivity and our environmental impact. Established in 1985, Milton Keynes Pressings is a tier 1 volume supplier of metal pressings, sheet metal components and welded assemblies. MKP supply various markets including; automotive, commercial vehicles, off highway and workplace storage. The Company operates from Bletchley in Milton Keynes: occupying 100,000 sq ft of factory space. The Company’s growth has been built on supplying excellent customer service and solving engineering and manufacturing solutions whilst remaining competitive in a global market place. The disciplines and accreditations required to be a first tier supplier into the automotive industry are employed throughout the organisation for the benefit of all other sectors that MKP supply. All tooling is manufactured 'in house' by our team of highly skilled toolmakers in our 8000 sq ft. tool shop. MKP are a IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 accredited company.
