Alustep® F – Fire-certified fibreglass sandwich panel

Alustep® F is a lightweight sandwich panel featuring an aluminium honeycomb core bonded to fibreglass skins impregnated with phenolic resin. It combines excellent stiffness, low weight and outstanding fire performance, making it an ideal solution for lightweight structures in demanding transportation and marine applications.

The combination of aluminium honeycomb and phenolic fibreglass skins provides excellent corrosion resistance, dimensional stability and durability, while ensuring reliable mechanical performance. The panel can be easily machined and customized to meet specific project requirements.

A certified version is available for applications requiring compliance with international fire performance standards.
