Carbonstep® N – Carbon fibre sandwich panel with Nomex® honeycomb core

Carbonstep® N is a lightweight sandwich panel featuring a Nomex® honeycomb core bonded to carbon fibre skins. Designed for applications where minimum weight and maximum structural performance are essential, it delivers an outstanding stiffness-to-weight ratio and excellent mechanical properties.

The combination of carbon fibre skins and a Nomex® honeycomb core provides exceptional weight reduction, high dimensional stability and excellent fatigue resistance. The Nomex® core also offers excellent thermal and electrical insulation, making the panel suitable for demanding applications where lightweight and insulating properties are required.

The panel can be easily machined and customized in different thicknesses and configurations to meet specific project requirements.
