Alustep® HFR – Fire-certified fibreglass sandwich panel

Alustep® HFR is a lightweight sandwich panel featuring an aluminium honeycomb core bonded to fibreglass skins. Designed for applications requiring high mechanical performance and certified fire performance, it is the most robust panel in the Alustep® range.

The combination of aluminium honeycomb and fibreglass skins provides excellent stiffness, dimensional stability and corrosion resistance while maintaining a low overall weight. The panel can be easily machined and customized to meet specific project requirements.

Its certified version is particularly suitable for demanding marine and transportation applications requiring compliance with international reaction to fire standards.
