
Markforged FX20
The biggest, fastest, and most sophisticated 3D printer Markforged have ever built. The FX20 pairs size and throughput to make larger builds at incredible speeds, delivering the transformational benefits of The Digital Forge at a new scale. At 4.7 times larger than the Markforged Industrial Series and three nozzles (two plastic, one fibre) you can see why it's been nicknamed 'The Beast'! It features an 84L heated build chamber and massive, verified-flat vacuum bed with print sheets. The motion control system offers closed loop control through precision linear encoders, and is tuned to move the 3kg print head rapidly and accurately. FX20’s turbo mode builds parts faster than any Markforged machine, while new XL spools offer four times the material without spool changeover.

We are proud to be a UK authorised partner of Markforged. Their Metal X System is an end-to-end metal 3D printing solution. Capable to fabricate complex metal parts in the widest variety of metals from stainless steels to copper. The Metal X is purpose-built for great part quality, whilst ensuring a seamless user experience. Designed to yield functional metal parts, yet requires no dedicated operator, no powder management system, and minimal PPE.

Mastercut
The MasterCut Flatbed Cutting System is the heavy duty system of the Blackman & White range. The design of MasterCut enables it to support the full compliment of tools including the entire Knife range, 100/200 Watt Lasers, Router, Pen and Inkjet on a flatbed platform. MasterCut has a modular build and is available in a wide range of table sizes. Where customisation is required, MasterCut is the machine of choice. Material Roll handling unit for rolls up to 500kg
The Transroll is a flexible fabric roll transport and storing system with an automatic roll changer system for direct installation at a cutters front end. It is combined with either a bullmer spreading machine, a cradle, or a cradle installed in front of a cutter, especially for single ply cutting. The functional interlinking of this system combination ensures automatic work flow from roll provision, through automatically programmed roll change, to fabric spreading and cutting. Remarkably, only one person is required to operate the entire system with the components and processes described. Due to the combination of a number of different work sequences – a continuous automatic process with roll mounting/roll provision/roll feeding for spreading or cutting/ unrolling/roll rewinding to storage – the Transroll enables significant savings in time and thus improves the cost effectiveness of the process chain. The more frequently the roll is changed and the smaller the number of cut-outs per fabric roll, the greater the time savings and consequently the greater the cost effectiveness of the Transroll.
