    2. Strain Gauges Stress Analysis

      Strain Gauges Stress Analysis

Structures can, and do, fail. It’s critical to determine whether a specific object made from a particular material can carry a certain load. The cost of not acting is usually far higher than the cost of dealing with the problem earlier. Micro-Measurements have a complete portfolio of high performance Stress Analysis Strain Gauges. Micro-Measurements Product Catalogue has the products that are the result of decades of innovative development and expertise in the manufacture of resistive-foil sensors for high-precision strain measurement. Our products are used throughout the world - in the practice of stress measurements analysis. Micro-Measurements’ products are designed with meticulous attention to detail. We want the engineers who use our strain gauges to have all the products they need for optimum performance to achieve reliable, accurate data.

    3. Strong Sustainable Shipping Crates

      Strong Sustainable Shipping Crates

The award-winning PALLITE® shipping crate will protect your consignment in transit whilst providing an ISPM 15 exempt solution. What’s more, with extensive CNC capabilities, PALLITE® can offer protection of oddly-shaped components by creating locators and fitments for boxes that are more resistant to turbulence and damages than corrugate alternatives. PALLITE® has become the all-round proposition. FULLY COLLAPSIBLE TO SAVE SPACE AND TIME, save your team time and effort with assembly in minutes whilst optimising warehouse space when not in use. Opt for a loading window on the side of your crate to speed up packing times. STRONG A standard specification PALLITE® shipping crate can hold up to 750kg and stack up to 500kg UP TO 83% LIGHTER THAN WOODEN SHIPPING CRATES. Standard specification PALLITE® shipping crates weigh from just 12.4kg, reducing your overall consignment weight and providing cost-savings. ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY 100% recyclable and made from managed sources. REDUCE TOTAL DISTRIBUTION COSTS Eliminate unwanted transport costs by maximising container and vehicle capacity utilisation thanks to bespoke pallet and shipping crate sizing, and stackable configurations. ISPM15-EXEMPT Save money spent on heat-treated shipping crates, all our products are ISPM15 exempt. REDUCE DAMAGES Minimise damage during transit with a choice of 15mm or 25mm protective walls – ideal for valuable, luxury or fragile goods. REDUCE THE RISK OF CONTAMINATION With no nails or splinters, no tools required for assembly, and a lower risk of mould than wooden shipping crates, reduce the risk of contamination to your consignments

    4. Submersible Level Transmitters

      Submersible Level Transmitters

Submersible Level Transmitters are known by several names including Hydrostatic Level Sensor, Submersible Level Sensor, Submersible Pressure Transmitter or Submersible Level Probe. All are designed to accurately continuously measure the depth or level of liquid. The concept is very simple: Water has a specific gravity (SG) of 1 which equates to 100 mBar of pressure per metre of liquid level. The pressure is measured by the level transmitter which directly equates to the liquid level. A typical example would be 10 metres of liquid level equates to 1 bar of pressure. Other liquids such as Diesel have a different specific gravity of roughly 0.85 which means 10 metre level would be 0.85 bar pressure. There are many different applications, hence different designs that should be considered when selecting the right level transmitter. The main criteria is the sensor diameter, the depth to be measured, the output required such as 4-20 mA and the environment it will be fitted. Our selection includes slimline borehole transmitters, Hazardous area ATEX approved, Digital output SDI-12 & RS-485 Modbus level transmitter and high volume, low cost IoT solutions.
