MicroWire technology brings advanced monitoring capabilities to electric motors, enabling data collection without physical contact. By tracking magnetic field strength distribution, the system captures essential information about motor performance. The passive MicroWire is installed inside the motor chassis, positioned between the coils where magnetic fields are neutralized. This configuration supports real-time data collection, including temperature, motor speed, and output, recorded up to 10,000 times per second. The MicroWire requires no power wiring, making it compact and ideal for space-limited electric motors. Only the sensing head, placed within 10 cm of the MicroWire, requires power.
