FibreLINE
FibreLINE represents a transformative approach to composite aerostructure manufacturing, offering a true step change for the industry. It is an end-to-end automated preforming system that integrates Zünd’s custom-engineered Q-Line cutter with some of the world’s largest industrial robots. This modular adaptation of the Q-Line cutter provides a scalable, future-proof solution designed to meet the growing demands of the aerospace sector. FibreLINE delivers faster cutting speeds while significantly reducing stray fibers—a common challenge in composite manufacturing. Its benefits extend beyond precision, offering a marked reduction in factory footprint and logistical complexity. The system also streamlines downstream assembly, saving both time and resources. By dramatically increasing material deposition rates, FibreLINE allows manufacturers to operate using a single set of mould tools and tolerances, while still achieving next-generation production targets. This approach reduces the need for shimming and simplifies assembly compared with traditional AFP methods, which require multiple sets of mould tools to match FibreLINE'S production rate. In essence, FibreLINE enables faster, cleaner, and more efficient composite manufacturing, helping aerospace manufacturers meet evolving industry demands with less complexity and greater productivity.

Finixa One-Step Polish
Based on nanotechnology, this water based paste can polish not only very fast from coarse to very fine, but it also brings back a gloss degree of 95%. An additional advantage is that this paste stays “wet ” for a long time and it minimizes the risk for dry powder residue. This polish paste can be used on old paints and fresh paints, also on all 2K products and the newest generation of ceramic paints.

Flow Through Heater
Our sister company Ferro Techniek complements the Otter range with Flow through technology. To optimise heat transfer from the Ferro heating element, the water is pumped through a channel circulating it over the full element surface. Depending upon the water speed and the wattage this will provide a flow of 93°C water in seconds for espresso making or a lower specified temperature for a special tea. Using the same FTH & lower water speed it will create steam for heating & frothing milk. Due to the responsive nature the Ferro FTH will eliminate the need for standby time or storing hot water, improving the energy efficiency of your application.

FMP10/ 20/ 30/ 40
The handheld coating thickness measurement devices from the FMP10 to FMP40 range deliver precise results and the various measurement techniques available make them highly flexible. Models are available with magnetic inductive measurement (DELTASCOPE®), eddy current measurement (ISOSCOPE®) or both techniques combined (DUALSCOPE®). By attaching different probes to these instruments, you quickly create the right solution for virtually any measurement task.
Foam Engineering: Custom Foam Cutting & Inserts
For our custom foam cutting service, we use a variety of foam types, depending on the size and weight of the items it will contain. Trifibre provides the leading CNC foam cutting service in the UK and we supply a wide range of technical foam materials that are used in a wide range of manufacturing industries. Our knowledgeable team can advise you on the most suitable materials to meet your needs and budget. In combination with our self-adhesive coatings and comprehensive, custom foam cutting techniques, we are able to supply products in many different forms and provide additional services. This includes tapes, acoustic panels, laminated foam, filtration products, sheets, profiles, embossed, die cut parts, angle cut, CNC routing, gaskets and seals.
