TDF has been synonymous with privately run Formula 1®cars and formidable engineering capability since 2020 when a team of ex-Formula 1® professionals joined the company. United by their shared passion for motorsport and a fundamental belief that every engineering project should be delivered with the same agility, speed and precision commanded by their former roles, the new team became the driving force behind the engineering excellence that TDF epitomises today. This ethos continues to be evident today in the quality of work delivered by all three of TDF’s core engineering teams – TDF/One, TDF/Works and TDF/Precision. It defines and drives the approach to all TDF projects. Projects that include everything from restoring and preparing some of the rarest racing cars, to precision manufacture of bespoke components for the aerospace and medical science industries, to exclusive driving experiences. It is also this attitude and culture, combined with years of experience working with expensive and fragile historic Formula 1® cars, that led to the development of the company’s flagship product, the TDF/One.
