Description

Injection Mould Ultrasonic Cleaner, designed specifically for efficient maintenance cleaning in various applications. This advanced cleaning system features independent modules, each capable of performing washing, rinsing, and drying stages. By placing multiple units side by side, users can create a streamlined assembly line. Additional components such as storage tanks, filtration systems, Ergo Station, and chain hoists can be seamlessly integrated to enhance the system’s capabilities.
The Corus HD Ultrasonic Cleaner is designed for cleaning tools and moulds. Its modular design allows users to create an assembly line with multiple units for washing, rinsing, and drying. The cleaning process includes a two-step tank system: ultrasonic wash with immersion rinsing or hot passivation. Optional hot air dryers ensure effective drying.
The tank dimensions of the Corus HD are tailored to accommodate standard injection mould sizes. During the cleaning process, the cleaned parts can be placed in the tank using either a wash basket or a lifting beam. Both the wash baskets and lifting beams are compatible with the standardised tank designs, ensuring seamless integration. Additionally, users have the flexibility to expand the system with storage tanks, filtration systems, Ergo Station, chain hoists, and other complementary components.
When handling moulds, the lifting beams match the cleaning machine’s dimensions and weight capacity. Operators can easily lift and transport the moulds using a separate hoist (not included). The wash tank has supports designed for the lifting beam and can bear the mould’s weight. During the cleaning process, the chain hoist can be detached and the lid securely closed. In the quick rinse and passivation stages, the lifting beam is supported by the hoist. Control devices for temperature, treatment time, and start/stop functions are conveniently located on the front panel of the tanks.
